I opted for 24/7 emergency service because my kitchen sink drain was clogged and the water in the pipe just wouldn't budge. I was fortunate that John Snyder himself came through and saved the day. My experience was efficient and professional from beginning to ending. I received a call back from his office in a timely manner and after I provided the necessary details for the job, I received a text confirmation within minutes that John would be there with an approximate time. I received another text when he was actually heading my way. He was very personable, polite, and professional, and my kitchen sink drain was clear within an hour of his arrival. The cost was affordable and reasonable for quality work, which is what he delivered. After payment, I received a thank you, receipt, and review request via email. Had them come out because we had insurance and had a leaking pipe but they turned around charged us and never did the service and turned around and tried to charge extra money. Not good people!!

As a fellow plumber there are only a few guys I would recommend to one of my customers if my schedule was booked and I couldn’t personally assist them. And Keith is one of those guys. Mr. Tony work ethics were awesome, respectful and easy to work with.He replaced the gas in- line pipe to my heater a recommend repair suggested by Gas Company.He was efficient, cautious very conscientious. I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

These guys are the best! No need to look any further.My experience with Joseph and his workers was great. I had a waste pipe break in the basement and the smell and mess was terrible. I wasn’t able to use my kitchen sink or washer so fast repair was necessary. Joseph sent someone out the next day and the job was complete a few days later.The crew Joseph sent we’re the best guys. They were professional, knowledgeable, extremely good at their jobs, and their work was beautiful. They were able to do some additional things that I added on the fly and even replaced a section of floor for me that had gotten soft because of the leak. They cleaned up all the mess they made and went above and beyond in everything they did.I’m certain to use these guys again for both emergencies and other plumbing and bathroom projects that I have planned. Great communication for when they were arriving during the appointment window. Robert was very professional and was able to clear the clogged drain that was found to be 20 feet in the pipes. Would highly recommend Zoom Drain to anyone!

We had a gas leak in our house last night, and Derrick and another plumber came by this morning, gave a quick assessment, and came back in the afternoon to make the repairs. They were friendly, quick, communicative, and did great work. I can't recommend this company highly enough. Thank you precision!

We had some issues setting up the appointment. Their on line contact site was not working. So after emailing several times I finally called and spoke to the office team and provided pictures of the work. They told me one of the plumbers would call me. Three days later I called back and had to set an appointment. Needed a credit card to secure the appointment. They called to confirm the day before. Plumber arrived on time. Inspected the job and priced out the faucet replacement at $1057. Higher than expected but the job was completed that day and seems to be quality work. Will possibly use them again depending on the job.

Took da Boi 'Jamol' 3 days to install a faucet and Elbow Joint under the Kitchen Sink. Then overcharged us and initially quoted us $1000.00 for the service. Dishonest, inflated prices, and shotty workmanship. When you call and ask that a Supervisor come out and inspect the job and explain the overcharge they just have Ole Boi call back. I'd have given 0 Stars if it were an option.

Great service done in a reasonable time. He was able to do my service at a reasonable price. He even cleaned up my sink after he was done, previous workers haven’t done such of a nice service. Will be using this service again.

Super friendly group of guys. Took time to explain to me what products they had and what would be best for my project. They were awesome to my kids who were present as well. Wish more stores had guys with customer service like theirs.
