I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

Crew was professional and smooth. Job well done. Fast service when you really need it. Will be using these guys again .

I had Best Choice replace a condensate pipe in a closet in our house at the beginning of August, that seemed to go fine. Then we had a flood in the same closet from the drain pipe that goes out of the house. They told us it was from lint back up from the 3rd floor washing machine and said if they put in a trap, it would fix it because if it were to happen again (which they promised it wouldn't) the water would go to the bathroom sink on the 1st floor. We paid them $260. to complete that job at the end of August. We had to rip up the entire floor and replace it at a cost of about $1400. (we did the job ourselves). The day after Christmas, we had another flood. The system of it backing into the sink did not work. The brand new floor had to be ripped out again. This time we contacted our insurance company. I called Best Choice again and this time they sent a master plumber who said that the system they created the first time would have never worked and the original pipe set up was not up to code. This is after two other Best Choice plumbers worked in that same room. I suggested that replacing our floor should go through their insurance company, but they could not understand my reasoning. If they had sent a qualified plumber, we wouldn't have had another flood. They don't believe this issue was their fault because they don't know how the pipes were connected underground. They want us to pay them another $900. to fix the pipe connection and hook up a new washer and dryer, they said they would charge us at cost. I asked them to itemize the cost because it seemed like an awful lot of money for us only paying at cost, I did not receive a response, I called again and asked for Anthony to call me back and again have not received a response. We contacted two other plumbers to get a price to do the same job and they are both master plumbers who are cheaper than $900. One plumber told us that the trap system was done completely wrong.

Called yesterday for a water heater replacement and had it installed today by Jimmy W. Area where heater and water heater located on second floor is pretty tight. Jimmy provided options and recommendations on the install which he explained in detail to us. Install wasn’t the easiest but he went out of his way to get our feedback/comments during the install process. Very happy with Jimmy W and the install.

We should've got a Baikal Mechanical AHU years ago. Oh well. Important thing is that we have one now. Working with Baikal Mechanical was enjoyable at every stage. And because things went so well at the design phase, there were no major issues during fabrication or installation. Regarding installation, they got this done in just one day. I definitely thought it was going to take them longer at the outset. Nope! Just goes to show how experienced, skilled, and talented they are! I highly recommend this company, and I'm very selective when it comes to the companies I recommend on the internet.

My Grandmother scheduled with this company to have a plumbing issue repaired They came out for an evaluation, figured out the problem, got a deposit, set an appointment to actually complete the repairs and didn’t show. After several phone calls and messages being left they finally showed up unannounced (nothing scheduled) to complete the repairs. They are very unprofessional, have a lack of communication, and clearly show up when they feel like. I’m glad the repairs are done but it was a very frustrating process.

They went 50% over budget and are now dodging my calls about closing up a hole in the wall of my basement that they were supposed to fix weeks ago
