GEN3 Electric & HVAC Electrician
Technician didn't seem to understand what he was doing. The power to the HVAC was off because the flame rollout sensor had tripped. He asked why the furnace had no power, if the thermostat was too low, tried to send me to the basement to check the panel breakers. I kept saying did you reset the flame rollout sensor? After the fourth time I asked, he did reset it and the power came on on. Then Gen3 wanted $240 to replace the sensor, which is a $15 part. I think if I need someone to do it I will get someone I trust more.Pluses: Excellent answering service, prompt callback, timely service visit.
