I had a problem with my toilet forever and previously had called a company who said they’d fix it but the same thing happened again month later. The people working at this company care so much and came RIGHT AWAY to fix the problem. I had a guy named Shane I think and he was so professional and fast, plus took great care to clean the area he was working when he finished. Not “Good” - man, more like GREAT-man!

They responded to my inquiry promptly and replaced the garbage disposal same day and will be back for replacing the faucet as well. they did the work in a timely manner. I highly recommend this business for anyone that needs a new disposal and have it done professionally and correctly.

I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

Joe is really professional and did such a wonderful job with clear explained backfeed on what was wrong, even though the price is over what I expected. I highly recommend and would call Roto Rooter in the future when I am ever in need of something like thier service.

Omg this company is the worst I wouldn't use them even if someone else was paying for the work my sewer pipe bust so I call the water company they hired this company to fix my pipe they had to go in the ground and under my step they told me they'l b back in three weeks to lay the cement back will it's was a over month when they came back I called them twice telling them my steps was leaning and my neighbor step was crack because they didn't put enough dirt under the step to whole the steps up I talk to mike the owner very unprofessional and rude I told him what was going on he like o will them step been cracking and we fix your pluming problem if you want us to fix the step it's going to cost more I told him I'm going to sue he told me ok very rude two days later they came laid the cement n left hole n the cement they work was horrible they mess up the city street with there machine they didn't clean up after themselves I won't use them if they was the last company on earth now I'm in the process of suing the water company cause that's who I made an agreement with cause of their careless mistakes if you use them take pictures please and don't use them if they have to go in the ground they don't know what they are doing

American Drainz was very efficient and offered a reasonable rate, they explained what exactly was the concern, provided cost of materials and reasonable labor. Once the job was complete the clean up was also done which is important with commercial and residential jobs. Officially my 1st call for any & all plumbing concerns.

Terrible! Did not show up first day, even after several telephone calls. Second day could not give time window when coming. Forced to Call another company.

My wife and I had a house fire about 1.5 years ago. We hired a contractor to rebuild our whole house. Our contractor hired Sam Wexler for all of the plumbing.Right when we moved back into our new house after being displaced for a year there were problems right away. Every single bathroom sink had leaks, things weren't tightened all the way. We had to keep calling them to come back every few days to fix yet another leak. Which they did and came back often to fix their mistakes.They left a temporary plug on an access point that had caused the master bathroom toilet to constantly overflow and also drain fecal matter and urine into the shower. I called another plumber to come fix that, that plumber discovered the temporary plug that needed to be removed and solved that issue.Now, almost 7 months later after we moved into our house I discovered that there was water under the kitchen sink now. I did some looking and noticed that the pipe that connects the sink to the wall was just loose and was not glued into the wall at all. I could just pull it right out of the wall. So, I called them last weekend about it and today get the response that it is passed their 30 day warranty now and that they can possibly send someone in a few days.Instead of having them come back out, I called my contractor about it and he is going to send someone completely different over to fix this issue now.Who knows what else I will discover in the future.
