Another great job from this company,Especially to Bob who did our shower. Our shower was leaking, no water pressure, and no hot water coming out. The big issue was when we moved in there's no access through the wall. Called Joe and no time he put us on schedule. Bob did a great job cutting and putting access to the wall, and didn't leave no mess at all. Im a happy customer. Thanks again.

They arrive quickly and do solid work. The employees that you talk to and that come out are very nice.Would recommend, mostly for ASAP type services.Biggest con is price; they charge higher than smaller, locally owned plumbing companies. That said, if you need service right away with a price that you can feel confident will not change from the quote then go with these guys knowing you'll pay a little more.

Andrew gave me a call back after leaving his family business a voicemail with an immediate issue i was having with my water valve outside. He made time in his busy schedule to fit me in due to my concern. Andrew was early to arrive, literally explained and walked me through step by step the issue that was occurring, why it was happening, and future home remedies to ensure that it doesn't occur again. He was not only professional in his work but also has great customer service skills--- he goes out of his way to get to know his clients a bit while performing his work so it doesn't feel like some stranger is working on your house. If your in need of ANY home repairs, give Andrew a call NOW! He is skilled not only in plumbing, but also has flipped a houses and is well versed in other areas such as cabling and construction related projects. Let me just say that Bobby and his team did a fantastic job!! ? ?It seems that the previous owner of my house messed the pipes in the basement which caused my basement to have some leaking problems. Bobby was contacted and he was able to come 1st thing in the morning to check the issue out. When he came he gave me his professional opinion and provided possible solutions. He provided me a (reasonable) estimation for the services. I am doing this review a week after because I wanted to observe if there was still any problems but so far everything is great ? . I’ve to say that I had the best experience with this company, and its services. They were on time, communicative and pricing was within my budget. I plan to contact this company for any future problems and also will make sure to recommend my family, friends and co workers to MTD Drains LLC Plumbing. ☺️?

Best plumbing solution was the best plumbing company I hadThey came to my house for a leak repair unlike the other company they took their time to check out all my installation and figured out and located the leak they explained to me all the steps and what need to be done for the repairThey were meticulous and very effective in doing their jobAnd after they got the job done they cleaned after them which is a sign that the company take care of it’s customerI will never thank them enough for what they done since I never had any leak at any issues with my plumbing installation

I first contacted these guys more than a month ago after a recommendation from a neighbor who had them install a pump.They initially came out in two days and told me the shower head needed to be replaced. I bought several that weekend, tried them all, and the issue did not go away. Called these guys all first thing the next week to tell them.The technician came out again a couple days later and took photos. He told me the cartridge usually takes just one or two days.Nobody called me for several days. So I called them again. The woman I spoke to said they must not have heard back from the supplier but they would contact me as soon as they did.Another week went by and still no phone call from the plumber. So I had to call them back again. This time I was told the photos the technician took were not clear. I immediately walked downstairs, took several photos, emailed them, and asked for confirmation they were okay.Another week went by. Again nobody responded. So I called and left a detailed urgent message with their answering service.The owner and namesake emailed me the next day early in the morning asking if he could come by. I replied within ten minutes despite being before 5am out West where I was traveling, explaining that would not work and asking if they revived the part. Nobody responded.So after 5 days I contacted them again. The woman I spoke to had the owner call me while I was on the line. Joseph explained this is is not how he does business and asked if he could come by today at 6:00am. I asked about a later time and he offered 6:30. Seeing he wouldn’t go much later, and given he seemed apologetic, I reluctantly agreed. We confirmed the 6:30 visit.Joseph also explained the supply house told them were two cartridges, they didn’t know which, and he would show me all the communication. He mentioned they wouldn’t charge me a service fee for the instal - only for the part. It was odd he didn’t tell me the price but I didn’t think anything of it at the time. Another odd thing was that I asked several times how long it would take to get the part and install it if we agreed though Joseph did not give me any answer.So this morning I awoke at 5:00 and was on my stoep from 6:25-7:05. Nobody came by.When I emailed to inquire and express my bewilderment, Joseph responded saying he called me this morning and left a voicemail. My phone has so not disturb on before 8am for obvious reasons so I did not see. I checked and did in fact have a voicemail - but it just asked me to call back. And it’s a moot point because we confirmed the 630 time. Backed by the word of the owner and namesake.I responded to his reply not even fifteen minutes later simply asking for the price of the part. This time Joseph did not respond.After more than a month, the office staff has now not responded at all a few times, responded extremely slowly others, and lied. Now the owner and namesake did not show up.And they haven’t even told me the price for the cartridge now that they heard back from the supply house. While I didn’t know why before, I do now. Just look at other google reviews.Don’t waste your time.
