Tony came out within an hour of me calling. Very pleasant and professional demeanor. After assessing the situation, he also gave me alternatives that didn't include him doing the job. I made the choice to allow Tony to do the work on my sink pipes because of his honesty. I was very pleased with his work. My sink is nice and secure now with no leaking, and he did a nice clean up job. Thumbs up

Kit & Joey spent 5 hrs. at my house today unclogging some old pipes with tough to remove clogs. Kit was very honest before he began the work by telling me that snaking the drains may put a hole in the home’s old pipes. He said he’d give it a gentle try and if the drains didn’t clear, he’d have to remove old pipe, replace it with new, and in the instance of the kitchen sink, reroute the pipe. Fortunately, Kip & Joey were very skilled in manipulating the blockages, and very patient, so all blockages were cleared. They also replaced piping and faucets in my kitchen & bath. It was a lot of work, but they never complained. All estimates Kip quoted up front remained in place & were very fair. I’m hiring them agaIn mid-September to replace my water heater & sump pump. Great service and communication. They came to my house and i told him what my problems was and he let me know what was going on and solved it with no problem. They were able to take care of what they needed to do and i didnt even have to worry!!!

MTD Drains are great! I called mid morning and they came out right away. I cannot tell enough how much I appreciate that! Unfortunately, I have a pretty big messy issue with the drain but these guys worked so hard to fix the problem. They are friendly and courteous. Just real good neighborhood guys. Very knowledgeable! I called all around and mike from best price plumbing . was the only plumber I could get on the phone on a Friday. he came right out and investigated my emergency and put a sound test on my pipe outside and determined that it was a broken lead water service. that he was going to need to get a permit for my job.I told him I can not wait because I have a baby in the house. he then r knocked on my Nabor’s door and ran a hose from my house to the neighbors and boom ?!! He got me water he came back with the permit a few later and got the job done neat and clean me and my family are very impressed with mike and his guys are top notch plumbers highly recommend to anyone in need of a good honest plumber

On the scheduled workday they were running behind schedule, however Brandon contacted me to inform me of the delay. WOW I read the other review and it was the same experience I had I called at 9 am they said they would be their I took off of work missed a whole days pay I called all day long the lady said they will be there each of the 10 times I called throughout the day I was boiling mad I rented a plumbers snake from Home Depot for 47 dollars was easy to use did it myself

This company will have you in limbo without any resolution. Horrible customer service. The lady Robin is extremely unprofessional
