They have a professional and courteous staff who take extreme caution when it comes to protecting their clients. The plumbers that came into my home all wore covid masks and gloves the whole time. Their service was great and so was the quality of their work.

These people are wonderful! I had a clogged drain behind my house, at the bottom of the outside steps going into the basement. That drain goes under the house and out to the sewer line in front of the house. Two very nice men arrived just an hour after I called. They told me that the clog was actually in front of the house and accessed it from a vent pipe on the front sidewalk. It took them just a few minutes to plunge the line. I went out back to check the drain and it was cleared. I will definitely be calling them again next time I have a problem.

These guys are the best! No need to look any further.My experience with Joseph and his workers was great. I had a waste pipe break in the basement and the smell and mess was terrible. I wasn’t able to use my kitchen sink or washer so fast repair was necessary. Joseph sent someone out the next day and the job was complete a few days later.The crew Joseph sent we’re the best guys. They were professional, knowledgeable, extremely good at their jobs, and their work was beautiful. They were able to do some additional things that I added on the fly and even replaced a section of floor for me that had gotten soft because of the leak. They cleaned up all the mess they made and went above and beyond in everything they did.I’m certain to use these guys again for both emergencies and other plumbing and bathroom projects that I have planned. My A/C unit was installed in 2013 by Best Choice. Last year it needed to be recharged, I am assuming a leak somewhere so I scheduled an appointment on 3/25/22, one of those deals where you wait from 12-4 for the tech to arrive. At 4:15 PM I called the office and they said the tech was running late. He came out, checked out the unit and gave me an estimate for leak test. I still have one year of warranty left on the A/C. $500 for the leak test. The tech was good, very professional. Today (4/15/22) was scheduled for the leak test, between 12-4 tech was supposed to arrive. I called the office at 4:15 and the woman said he may not be able to make it. No call to let me know? I was frustrated, after taking a vacation day as did my wife so she could secure our big dog out in the garage while the tech worked. The woman said she would call me back and confirmed he could not make it because a leak test would take too long and they ran out of nitrogen to do the test. I asked if he could at least stop by and see why the unit will not run at all now, turned it on yesterday and no luck. She told me it would be $150 service call. I kindly asked if I could charge them $150 for me taking a vacation day and not having the tech show up as scheduled. The hypocrisy in this is just amazing. They are now scheduled for 4/22/22, and once again I must burn a vacation day and I hope my wife can take off to keep an eye on our dog, she does not like strangers in the house. This is not a knock against the tech, just the business in general, I still can't believe she wanted to charge me $150 when they did not even show up, I am not at fault here at all, just very frustrating.

The company's technician were very professional and polite. They came in and did a great job as well making sure everything worked and was leak free. They even helped me set up my new thermostat as well.

Had my water heater replaced. They also checked my main drain and curb trap. Great experience. They were all so nice.

Fast and efficient work...I'm a first time customer. I had found this contact information by simply doing a google search and thought what do I have to lose. I called and spoke to the message center. I received a call back within 5 minutes. I explained my issues and was told that the drain guy would reach out. The drain guy called 5 minutes later, I reiterate my issue and was told that someone would be out within the hour. Sure enough someone was knocking on my door to deal with my plumbing.

Came home from a week away to smell water, and it turn into a multi day project with insurance and calling local plumber by plumber by plumber almost begging for someone to respond. 3 days in of still no response, found Szollose online at 5pm on a Wednesday, they called back immediately, and we'll be there 8:30 tomorrow morning. On the dot, perfect. Helpful, great to deal with, tracked down a different leak we didn't know was happening, and ended up having them fix (3) different projects while here. Highly recommended, and unlike others, easy to do business with, get in contact with, and quality work. Thank you!
