Goodmans originally came out in November to clear a clogged drain line. Within in 2 months they came back out to fix it again gratis. There was hole in the main drain stack line. This was the source of the flooding in basement. They immediately came to evaluate it and st up time to repair, while making sure the clamp would hold until then.Zack came out today and was able to repair the pipes in 30 min.Nick was super responsive was I was concerned that the drain kept clogging and didn’t hand off the ticket until he was sure I was satisfied. Thank you to all the employees at Goodman! Highly recommend.

They were very prompt with my inquiry. I needed a new garbage disposal and a new faucet. They replaced both and came the same day to fix the garbage disposal and the next day for the faucet. They fixed everything in a timely manner and were very professional and cleaned up any mess they made afterwards. I highly recommend them if anyone needs a a garbage disposal replaced or faucet sink replaced. Thank you again for all the great work done!

Excellent service from this company. The two gentlemen who showed up (Alex and I forgot the other gentleman’s name) were committed to resolving my sewer problem. They kept going at it until it was fixed. They clearly communicated with me along the way. Highly recommended.

Tony was very professional. When I called he was willing to come the same day on a Sunday. When I had to reschedule he was very accommodating. He was punctual, diagnosis the problem accurately, which was a blocked drained and resolve the issue efficiently. He even came back the next day as a courtesy to put a cap on the drain because he stocked up on supplies and knew it would be difficult for me to find one. I highly recommend his services. As a bonus it is also a black owned business!!

I was pleased with the service I received. I explained exactly what I wanted. My questions were answered and the work was done quickly. I guess it’s a good value. The plumber showed up and I’m happy. :-)

If there were more stars to give, I would have. The job: replace 30 feet of sewer line from street and reconnect inside my home (including ‘P’ trap at the street & ‘Y’ storm connector at the foundation) in Center City. Eight feet of sidewalk, under a courtyard wall, across a low patio and under a raised patio to the house, 25 of the 30 feet was a ‘hand-dig’. Issi, who was ultimately the crew boss on the job, and Jacob came out and did the estimate, listened to me and then explained what had to happen. We scheduled the job & permits through the office (who always followed up as they said they would). On the day of the job, they were on time with a full crew. The real feel temperature that day was over 100 degrees. I have never seen a crew work as hard as these men. The job was promised for one day, and that’s what it took: they stayed til 10 pm and did the last two hours in the rain. And by the way, they made sure the patios and sidewalks were cleaned off and protected before they left - very professional! Issi kept me informed thru the job. I strongly recommend Bill Frusco Plumbing to anyone who needs a full service plumber!

Asked them to come work on a commercial boiler at my place of employment and had to pay an employee to wait for them to arrive between 9am and Noon. After 3 phone calls to their office they showed up around 3:30pm.I don't have a problem with them being late, but I do have a problem with them not communicating that they would be 3-4 hours late.They assessed the problem and determined that it was too late in the day to begin a repair. They said that they would call the next day to arrange a time to come back. They never called, or showed up. That was 6 weeks ago.

Do not trust this guy with any major job in your home. Communication is horrible. He has no respect for anyone’s time or schedule, and he overcharges.

0/10 would not recommend. They came very late and left very early. Literally looks a hot mess.

Generation Plumbing did a great job fixing our backed up kitchen sink! They were easy to reach, communicated regularly, and Mark, who came out to our house, was knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to fix our issue and give us advice on how to prevent it in the future. I highly recommend them!

Bob came out to replace my toilet that would not flush. He pulled out 12 feet of tree root out of the line and replaced the flange and installed a new toilet in a few hours time.They are very professional and thorough.

We've upgraded to new high-efficiency boiler/hot water heaters at our home in the Philly suburbs and a rental property in Philadelphia in the past couple of years. Big energy savings and trouble-free performance. Highly recommended.

Found Mcloughlin on Kohler’s website. My own plumber was reluctant to work on a Kohler shower. Mcloughlin came out right away, had the part on their truck and took about 15 mins to install it. The service person was great.My only complaint was that I didn’t fully understand that they charge per visit. It cost me $500 to have a part installed that probably cost less than $100.Glad I had it fixed quickly instead of waiting weeks for a part to come in but I should have questioned the bill further before I agreed to move ahead. They do everything on an iPad & I didn’t take the time to read it. The receipt they provided did not provide the actual cost of the part. Seems like they take advantage of unsuspecting customers a bit. I’ll shops around next time before using them again.
