I couldn't sleep last night because of the leak in my kitchen sink. Called drains r us and they came out on a Sunday!...early morning, which was great for me .. technician hung was quick and knowledgeable... he did such a great job...now I can start my Sunday without worry.. thanks to tuan and his team from drains r us!

I was having trouble with my backyard drain. Every time it rained I had a giant puddle in my backyard and a leak in my basement. So I gave these guys a call. I got an immediate response and scheduled them to come look at it. When they arrived they weee very professional and knowledgeable. It really sounded like they knew what they were doing. They pinpointed the problem almost immediately. They gave me a really great quote and even worked out a manageable payment plan to get it done. Long story short they dug up the yard, replaced the pipe and replaced the cement all in a day. They left it looking clean and brand new like they were never there. At first I was skeptical because it was done so fast but I haven’t had a puddle or a leak since. They’re my go to for any problems from here on out.

I called this company to get my drain unclogged, Quentin was very professional and prompt with the service. My basement was flooded from my sewer line being clogged .Guys were clean cut and acted with good workmanship . They went above and beyond . This is the company i will always refer to all my friends and family.

Chris from Veterans came out on a Friday night and did the job quickly and professionally. He was all in to help. Stayed until the job was done. Would hire him again in a heart beat.

From when I called to the invoice I received everything was professionally done. They sent someone someday. They called 30 min prior and sent a photo and name of the technician coming to my house. The technician Nadir diagnosed the problem. Gave my options and his recommendation, then completed the job. Before leaving he emailed me the invoice and video of my drain pipe. He was very professional and courteous. All around great experience on what was shaping up to be a rough day.

I never leave reviews but Mark and his brother were so amazingly helpful I have to share. We had a leak in our condo bathroom that was causing water to drip into the unit below. Mark was recommended to me by out HOA manager. We thought we had addressed the issue sufficiently for him to come out the next day to do the repair but by evening the owner below was frantic as more water was entering her apartment. We called Mark back, in desperation, and he was gracious and compassionate. He went above and beyond to get to our building and do the repair that night despite needing to find a babysitter. All this for a total stranger!. The repair was done quickly and competently and the price was reasonable. I would hire him and his brother again in a heartbeat. Give these guys a chance. You won't be sorry!

I had what I though was a major issue with my toilet. I called Precision and someone answered right away. Almost immediately I received a call from the plumber and he already started to help me over the phone prior to coming over the next day. Luckily it turned out to be a loose hose which only led to a small service fee for coming out. Thank you Precision Plumbing I will only be using you guys in the future!

Called them at 10 o’clock at night on the coldest night of the year because heater stopped working. Responded quickly. Very professional. Offered some suggestions for maintenance.

Excellent service. They showed up within an hour after my call. The gentleman was very kind, professional, explained exactly what needed to be done until I fully understood. He treated my home with care, like he enjoys his work. I watched how he made precise neat openings so replacing the opening would be easy. I will be calling them for all future plumbing repairs.

Came home from a week away to smell water, and it turn into a multi day project with insurance and calling local plumber by plumber by plumber almost begging for someone to respond. 3 days in of still no response, found Szollose online at 5pm on a Wednesday, they called back immediately, and we'll be there 8:30 tomorrow morning. On the dot, perfect. Helpful, great to deal with, tracked down a different leak we didn't know was happening, and ended up having them fix (3) different projects while here. Adam and his team are the best. We had a great experience. They came and spent an hour looking through our HVAC system and gave us great advice on what repairs we could consider however weren’t pushy at all. I personally found them to be the most professional service we’ve used and would HIGHLY recommend them! A+ service all around.
