They re-plumbed our entire house.
They kept the holes and dust from cutting into the drywall to minimal size and even layed down protection on our house floors. They put the drywall pieces back over the holes and you can’t even tell they were even there.

Very good customer service received from Jay of Pro-Tech in service maintenance of our HVAC/heat pump unit. He thoroughly inspected the unit to find and resolve condensation line clog to get the unit running, and to identify a marginal motor, for which he later emailed a detailed replacement quote. He patiently answered all my questions with professional courtesy.

Brad's guys did an amazing job. I had a leak from an upstairs bathroom to my downstairs. They identified the leak, fixed it and also cleaned up some of the messy piping. They were very professional, clean and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend.

I needed a second opinion, they went above and beyond to help us. A technician came out after his normal hours to find out leak, they were patient and understanding of our situation. We were informed of every step and had everything fully explained throughout the entire process. We recently had to have a new AC unit installed and went with Rainaldi Home Services. The customer service we received was by far the best I’ve experienced in years. The technician was professional and courteous. He took the time to explain the process while performing the work, answered any questions that were asked, and worked efficiently to assure we were able to get our AC up and running again. They did a beautiful job replacing the unit and went above and beyond on making the experience wonderful. Tried to talk to the sales rep. Text only. Had mega problems getting things done. They had my money and didn't care any more. Tv ad says 1 to 2 days. That is a lie. Took almost 2 months to do a 4 bed 2 bath house. STAY AWAY

After spending nearly $12k on a new AC, I’m disappointed in the cowling that covered the opening. I feel that the cowling install could have been better. It looks like something they forced to fit. Looks unprofessional. Otherwise, the service was good. The work and technicians were prompt.
