Van came out and was great and very professional.

The whole crew is a true professional. After 12 years, my hot water crew pretty well disbanded. They responded quickly to my call for help and were able to diagnose the issue and provide an estimate for a new water heater and servicing in within an hour. It just took a couple of guys and the owner a few hours to finish the examination. This last month, the water heater has performed flawlessly. It's a gamble to trust anyone else. When a business merits my feedback, whether positive or negative, is when you'll find me penning a review. Don't hesitate to hire them; they're great.

Great customer service is few and far between now a days. Jason and Andrew were terrific! They were on time, efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, and clean. Happy to use and recommend their services

David is an awesome guy, extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He replaced my garbage disposal for far cheaper than any of the other plumbers that I researched. Very responsive and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the work. I definitely recommend Wel-Done Services. I cant imagine a more professional and quality plumber.

My house was built in 1959 and never had a modern pipe drain installed to drain the the washer water. I called for an estimate and Andrew came out and was able to deliver an estimate the next day.

From there it was a slightly difficult to get the work scheduled but not a huge burden, the job was done quickly & professionally. A bit expensive but you get what you pay for, great quality of work.

Only 2 things that could be improved:

- Using an online system for scheduling rather than phone
- Using an online system to pay for the bill from my computer

Will be calling again for any plumbing needs

This was 1st year checkup and the did a great job

I called Pat's Plumbing late afternoon on Friday, May 26th. I explained that my 92 year old Aunt's water heater broke. She and her caregiver were without hot water. We were entering Memorial Day weekend and didn't expect any service until at least Tuesday. However, Pat said he would replace the water heater early Saturday morning. He arrived when he said he would and quickly installed the new water heater. My Aunt now has hot water again. Also, Pat's price was the best and he was extremely kind and professional. Highly unprofessional workers including wreckless driving of work vehicles

We had to replace a toilet and shut off valve that were both leaking badly with water on the floor. It was done properly and included removal and disposal of all old components plus trash. The caulking was done expertly, too. The plumber was thorough, very nice and on time. This was our first experience with Harvey Baker Plumbing; we plan to renovate both bathrooms soon and will use them again.

Great Service and professionalism

Unfortunately, they were hired by my GC as a sub for the first time to do the complete plumbing job on our new house. I've had nothing but problems. For one they are well overpriced, and now that we need to have our refrigerator water line moved (for a fee) couple of feet to fit our kitchen design, before the drywall hanging stage. They keep ignoring our request after endless phone calls and emails. So we keep having to delay the drywall install stage.
