Albert was very responsive in my time of need when I did not have any water in my house and was in a desperate situation. My home had a defective water heater and +40 year old plumbing that was leaking. He and his team repiped my entire house and replaced the broken water heater quickly so that I would be able to have water in the house for me and my family. We can't thank him enough and would recommend to any of our family and friends.

Toby is amazing! We bought a house and wanted to feel confident that the plumbing was in good shape. Toby got us there, with his professionalism, experience, practical advice and recommendations. We bought some fixtures he installed and he replaced all of the valves (stops) under the sinks because they were old and some were stuck. We wanted to prevent plumbing problems later on so that was good advice as a preventative measure. He also installed a new water heater and new toilet with good recommendations that we are please with. And let's not leave out how courteous and friendly he is as well! And clean, MWPP's motto! Marion was very helpful. He eased our mind that we did not have a leak in our house. That the sound we were hearing was actually an echo through our pipes from the water break up the street from us. Mario was super knowledgeable and helpful.

Picked Drain Genie because of their reviews for a previous problem, I just found out a pipe had been leaking in the drywall in an odd location and knew immediately who to contact. Within a couple hours they came out, assessed the problem, explained everything to be done and the problem was fixed in a short time frame. Great service, highly recommended.Appreciate it Carlos

After getting terrible service from another plumbing company I called Acorn Plumbing because they were close and had good reviews. Best decision! Although I was not at the house when Brad arrived, my Dad was there and couldn't have been more pleased with his punctuality and efficiency in fixing what was wrong. I will never depend on another plumbing company. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services.

This was by far the smoothest process I have experienced with home repair. Plumber, Kevin Holmes, was very professional, personable, & efficient!!! I would highly recommend this gentlemen for any of your plumbing needs. Did a lot of work within a reasonable amount of time ( less than 1 hour). He replaced the garbage disposal and replaced some piping under the kitchen sink. Excellent service!

Was hoping to find a plumbing service that we could use in the future. While we Appreciate the prompt service we were disappointed in the price gouging. Cost was double what we had anticipated and there was no discussion in what that cost would be prior to work being done. Will not recommend or use again.

I needed a second opinion, they went above and beyond to help us. A technician came out after his normal hours to find out leak, they were patient and understanding of our situation. We were informed of every step and had everything fully explained throughout the entire process. They were always available to answer the phone and always had somebody that could come out if we needed something at a certain moment , they went far beyond what previous plumbers have done and their range and we are forever grateful for their hard work.

Update- I received my $501 refund as promised. I think that the company could do better in their communication but they did make it right for me.

On March 21, 2023, I used Roto Rooter to help me with some water damage. The initial gentleman that came to my home, Mike, was awesome! He found where the water was entering (from underground) and asked if I wanted his company to come out and clear out the drywall and air out the issue. I said yes, and then the next thing I knew I had a project manager, Yesenia, come out that day. It cost me $575. Yesenia told me that she would be with me from start to finish in the project. She indicated another group would come out to dehumidify the walls and use a microbial substance for any mold. She asked for my credit card and put a $1500 charge on my account which she stated would be the maximum charge. She also took my homeowners insurance information and said that she was going to help me get my insurance company to help alleviate the costs; she did not.

A team came a day later and started to tear out walls. One wall that they removed led out to the garage. They put a plastic covering over the hole which did not stay put no matter how many times I tried to nail it back onto the wall. The workers came and went. They were professional and polite, but the communication was terrible. I never knew when they were coming. They would tell me one day and show up the next. They would indicate morning and come in the late afternoon which caused me to constantly readjust my schedule. When I made an inquiry to Yesenia, she apologized, and phone calls were made to me by the workers to clarify the appointments.

Yesenia said that I needed a different company to fix the water problem. She recommended Elite Contracting Group who came out to survey the damage and see if they could fix the problem. The person I dealt with, Gio, I waited, patiently, for ten days and reached out. No response, I didn’t actually get his quote until May 25th. I called Yesenia in the interim to explain that I was not getting any help, so she recommended RACS. John, from RACS came to my house on May 4, and said that he thought it was a foundation issue. He recommended LRE. I contacted them, but they said it wouldn't fix the problem. I called John from RAC to just give me a bid to close the walls, and he never responded.

I was at a loss as to what to do, so I called Yesenia back. She told me that it wasn't her job to help me find a company, but she was helping me voluntarily. She indicated that her work with me was finished. Honestly, what the heck does a project manager do if not try and manage a project from start to finish as she initially indicated? I told her that because of all the storms and the hole from the inside of my house to the garage, moisture was coming into the house and I was going to have to pay for the dehumidifying and microbial sanitation again. She said nothing except, “oh.”

I am now over two months in on this project and it still is not finished. I had to find my own company, Serve Pro who will be fixing the issue. As a person who teaches interpersonal communication at a local college, I would like to point out that Roto Rooter is poor with its communication and customer service. They are great at starting projects, but they don’t follow up at all. If a person is not asking questions they will not get any assistance. When the project manager indicates a maximum of $1500 on a credit card that is not accurate, I spent over $3000. I also wonder if the company may have even caused damage to my house by letting all this moisture from the outside into my house because of the holes.

I am very disappointed by the customer service I have received. Language matters. What people say and do mean something. I would expect that a company as large as yours would have training to that effect. As it stands now, I feel like I was cheated out of $3000, and that doesn't make for a good Google review.
