I researched this company online after discovering a clogged faucet in my new residence. They were able to respond to my contact the same day (a plus). The initial technician, Joe, appeared to have resolved the issue I was experiencing at the time (or so I thought), but I later discovered that the issue had been transferred to another location, where I subsequently encountered problems. They sent technician Travis after a callback, and he was FANTASTIC. My fiancee could not stop gushing about his friendliness and efficiency. He stated that Mark was identical to the person depicted in Orlando Plumbing's commercials. He resolved the issue and explained what may have gone awry the first time. We are entirely satisfied with Mark's ability to resolve the issue and his positive and courteous demeanor. When I spend money with a company, I search for employees who are satisfied with their position. CUSTOMER SUPPORT!

I have dealt with Jeff's on a few different occasions. I'll start by saying that the technicians are always pleasant and the work they have done has been good. I rated as 2 stars because as a whole, working with this company is an unnecessarily unpleasant experience. The owner is incredibly rude. Calls go through an answering service which don't always get a return call. They very rarely arrived on-time, or even CLOSE to on-time. More than once, this ended up costing ME more. (either because I had to take additional time off work because of their lateness & rescheduling, or I had to pay another service to reschedule because they should have already been done). The work has been fine once it's finally done, but getting there was just more of a hassle than it needed to be.

Was hoping to find a plumbing service that we could use in the future. While we Appreciate the prompt service we were disappointed in the price gouging. Cost was double what we had anticipated and there was no discussion in what that cost would be prior to work being done. Will not recommend or use again.

Needed a plumber for a commercial backflow device repair, was lucky to call Reliance plumbing , their tech Mr Alphanso came checked the problem and gave me all the options whether i want to replace or repair it .I decided to repair ,he said they will return monday morning with the parts which are not available on weekends and thats what they did exactly .Alphanso just finished the work and on the bill gave me a credit for the sat service call .
I will call them in the future for all my plumbing needs and will reccomend them to family and friends
