Had a broken main water line, called El Plomero Latino late that afternoon and Mike came right out and gave me an estimate. I was told by him that he could do the repipe the next morning between 8am-9am. By 8:20 am he was at the house. I am completely satisfied with the work Mike provided. El Plomero Latino is my #1 choice for all my plumbing needs!!

Just before Christmas, my son bought an older house, which among other issues, contained polybutylene pipes that needed replaced in order to insure the house. After looking at the online reviews for plumbing companies, we chose three of the highest rated companies and requested estimates. Though there was no significant difference in price between the companies, due to the patience and thoroughness with answering our questions and the kindness we were shown by their estimator, Lapin Services immediately became the frontrunner!Their estimator, Jim, arrived on time and with a friendly and helpful demeanor.  We told him what the home inspector said we needed, and Jim examined the pipes in a few areas in and around the house.  He explained what we should expect during the repipe, the length of time it would take to complete the work, the approximate number of holes they'd need to cut into the walls and when we could expect the permit to be filed and the work to commence.  He was thorough and explained the repipe process in a way which was easy to understand!  As promised, we received a written estimate of the cost via email the very same day and the price was fair, so we chose Lapin Services.Kim, from the Admin & Permitting Dept., was wonderful!  She communicated with our realtor and provided us the paperwork we needed to fill out and have notarized at closing in order to have the permit pulled quickly and kept us up to date about what was happening and when we could expect the final inspection.  Kim became my go-to gal for any questions that came up! Amazingly, even though the house closing unexpectedly ran into the late afternoon, which delayed us in getting the paperwork to Kim, she was able to schedule the work to be done the very next morning!Bryan and Ryan showed up right on time, first thing in the morning, and immediately got to work!  Both men were kind, polite and extremely hard-working!  I'm not exaggerating a bit when I say these guys worked fast and HARD!  They didn't dawdle, goof off or waste any time at all!  They were polite and professional and remained completely fixated on the job at hand!  Not surprisingly, they completed the work much faster than we had anticipated, cleaned up after themselves and the work easily passed the county's final inspection!Lapin Services will be the company we call on for all of our plumbing needs from now on!  Their employees are top-notch and extremely helpful, the work they do is excellent and the final cost was EXACTLY what was estimated-no hidden costs or charges!

I just wanted to share what great service I got from Ferran yesterday. I had placed an order for a new cooling system and it hasn’t come in yet. The gentleman who helped me place the order said, if anything happened to my old unit before the new unit came in call them and let them know and they would take care of it for me. ( with a couple of limitations) He couldn’t have spoken more truth! Our old air conditioner did go out on the Fourth of July and Ferran was right there to get it running again. It required a new motor and fan blades and they fixed it for me at no charge. The service guys that came out to work on it were extremely nice and extremely helpful. I’m glad I’ve chosen Ferran to install my new unit as well as reduct and insulate my attic. I highly recommend this company.

I urgently needed something done the same day and without hesitation was told we will get someone out to you. They sent Johnny, who did an excellent job. I would use them again and will definitely recommend Choice Plumbing if anyone I know is ever in need.

Came out immediately for a leak issue. Advised that I regrout the shower. Took $145 for this with a smile. I felt ripped off. I normally do not give bad reviews but there was no follow up at all. I went thru a friend and got another plumber who discovered it was an issue with the shower pan with a very easy test. Beware.

I needed a second opinion, they went above and beyond to help us. A technician came out after his normal hours to find out leak, they were patient and understanding of our situation. We were informed of every step and had everything fully explained throughout the entire process. They were always available to answer the phone and always had somebody that could come out if we needed something at a certain moment , they went far beyond what previous plumbers have done and their range and we are forever grateful for their hard work.

I used their website to book a repair appointment with a special discount on repair service. I got a confirmation email, and a follow up email asking what the problem was. The following business day I still had no email or phone call in regards to the booking. I called the office and was told they were very busy, and would have to check on availability of a plumbing tech. Several hours later, they have someone, but now there's a problem with the online price. The site is not correct, (big surprise right!). It's going to be more than the price listed online and the email notification. That's without even checking how much work the repair would be. They did go over the pricing finally over the phone with me. I canceled the job. One it was more than I wanted to pay, two if they already changed the price on me once, I'm sure they would change it again after the plumber was here ready to do the repair. Consumer beware, if you want to use them call on the phone and get all the pricing upfront. I have used them before without a problem. I guess it's time to find a new plumbing company.
