I just wanted to share what great service I got from Ferran yesterday. I had placed an order for a new cooling system and it hasn’t come in yet. The gentleman who helped me place the order said, if anything happened to my old unit before the new unit came in call them and let them know and they would take care of it for me. ( with a couple of limitations) He couldn’t have spoken more truth! Our old air conditioner did go out on the Fourth of July and Ferran was right there to get it running again. It required a new motor and fan blades and they fixed it for me at no charge. The service guys that came out to work on it were extremely nice and extremely helpful. I’m glad I’ve chosen Ferran to install my new unit as well as reduct and insulate my attic. I highly recommend this company.

No water coming into the house this morning. Called the county who came out and shut of the main so we could get it fixed. Called Pardo on recommendation. 24 hr answering service took our call and we had a call back in minutes and a truck at our house within an hour. Problem fixed at a very reasonable rate. Would definitely recommend!

Had a leak in my wall. Evan came out and took care of it very quickly and professionally. I felt confident that he was in the know from the minute we met. The are very friendly and cleaned up when they left. I hope I don’t have to call a plumber again but if I do I will call Best. They are!

Shamrock was prompt and reliable and did an excellent job replumbing my house when we needed to replace our polybutylene pipes. We had our water back on within a few hours and you can barely tell that anything ever happened. They were very friendly and clearly explained every step in the process. Today was my third time using drain Genie. They replace my outside spigot. They are always on time and their work is exemplary. Drain Genie is my go-to plumber.

Called them on a Sunday about a leak, they did not have any available time that day but did offer to send out a damage control team to start mitigating the damage. They had a plumber out to the house first thing in the morning. John took care of our problem efficiently and professionally. The owner callrde later in the day to check on everything. I am impressed with the work and service.

After getting terrible service from another plumbing company I called Acorn Plumbing because they were close and had good reviews. Best decision! Although I was not at the house when Brad arrived, my Dad was there and couldn't have been more pleased with his punctuality and efficiency in fixing what was wrong. We were extremely pleased with the work done by the team from Jeff's Kitchen Bath & Beyond. Their price was reasonable, their people worked incredibly hard, and everyone was friendly and professional. They did a complete repipe of our house in one (long) day and arranged for the inspection and drywall repair very quickly. We would give them the highest recommendation possible and will use them again in the future for other plumbing needs.

After calling about 15 places I finally picked Herrell because they were the only company that would give me the possible price ranges I would be looking at over the phone for various work. They are upfront and honest. I had a 30 year old water heater that finally kicked the bucket and I was dead set on only having it repaired. After talking with the tech (Sebastion) he pointed out all the visible damage mine had and told me if I was to repair it, it would absolutely break again and probably sooner than later and I would be wasting money, so I finally agreed to go with the new one. That proved to be a very good decision because the inside was cracked about about to fall apart in addition to whatever was already wrong with it, I never would have known. I'm happy they were able to make me feel comfortable spending the neccessary money to make the best choice.

Quote did not match the price. Company name misrepresented on phone.

Situation:
Called the number of my trusted plumber, Tender Plumbing Care. Phone answered with Hello. No company name.

When I asked for Tender Plumbing Care (TPC), the rep explained that he has their phone forwarded to his cell phone thus the lack of company's name. He assured me he was TPC.

When I stated that I wanted TPC because they are the company who installed my plumbing about 7 years ago, he said yes they had.

My description of the problem:
Likely a Pex pipe leak in the attic near the entrance.

Quote Estimation
Approximately 2 hours. Price for a two hour Pex pipe detection and repair, approximately $300.

Real Repair
Exactly as I had described on the phone: a Pex pipe leak with easy access.

Time required, less than an hour. Price applied, nearly $400. When I asked to speak with the owner about the price overage, he told his employee to knocked it down to $345, but refused to talk with me about it.

Given that there were no surprises about the job, and we completed it in record time, $300 would be generous.

Do not trust this company is owner.
