You won't use another plumber after using Scott and associates. The Technician was Richard and he's very professional and explain what action he was taking step by step. I needed a Re-pipe done and the job takes him less than a day to complete. What I loved most is that he left the work area clean and their prices are affordable

I've been having plumbing/septic issues for more than a year and have had different plumbers and septic companies come out. Nobody fixed it. I called Lapin and Josh got Ricardo to come out the same day. He was great! The only company that actually fixed the problem. All the other plumbers said it was hair in the drain and charged me each time. The septic companies said it was the plumbing. It was the pipe leading to the septic. He fixed it within an hour. I won't call anyone else. Thank you Lapin!

He was extremely knowledgeable and told us precisely what would transpire. I appreciated that he wore a protective covering on his shoes and equipment to avoid leaving traces on my floors. The issue has been resolved, and we are pleased. Amazing response!

I used Jeff's Kitchen Bath and Beyond to repipe my home. They did a great job at a fair price. They were efficient and neat. 6 mounts after the job I contacted them about a minor situation. They came out immediately and rectified the situation. Great company, great Customer Service. It is easy to see why they have such a high rating. Five stars from me!

Was hoping to find a plumbing service that we could use in the future. While we Appreciate the prompt service we were disappointed in the price gouging. Cost was double what we had anticipated and there was no discussion in what that cost would be prior to work being done. Will not recommend or use again.
