The plumber who hooked up the water supply to my new fridge did an excellent job. Due to the age of my home, a water line was not available to the previous refrigerator. The worst part was that the only way to get to the plumbing, which was in a crawl area far from the fridge, was through a trap door. The plumber put in a lot of time running new pipe, connecting existing pipes, and putting a shutoff valve beneath the sink. I'm overjoyed.

I received a prompt response from office manager; everyone was extremely professional and I'm thankful with the work they did from the installation of the water heating and how pipes were set up. Thank you.

Omg I called and I got some crazy person answer the phone- He wanted me to tell him about my pump plumbing condition he wanted me to know Termanology for plumbing he wanted me to basically be a plumber so he can tell me what the problem was lol talk about Looney Tunes- I would not trust this company at all and he also said that I want everything for free lol yeah the guy was definitely crazy!

Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service they provided. The initial employee did not perform the task accurately. Travis entered and failed to clean the correct conduit. He chose to repair the drain conduit, which eventually led to a backup. The following day, the second man, Joe, arrived and repaired the toilet conduit and other issues. Joe took his time and completed the task accurately. 5 stars for Joe. Travis was also extremely useful!

Dustin and crew were professional and provided excellent service. They explained what the job entails before starting the job. Afterwards, Dustin went through the work that they did and showed me where the repipes are located. They cleaned up before departing. Overall outstanding.

I called Reliance plumbing on a recommendation. My master bathroom drains are backing up. I spoke with the receptionist and was told that they had a window between 12 pm to 4 pm on the day I called. I was told that they would call me when they were on their way; I have not heard from them since, they never came, they never called, the next day came and they didn't show up and didn't call. Don't waste your time calling them, call a company that is more professional.
