Then, Tanya followed up with me a couple of times the next morning to get a technician out to our home as soon as possible. And finally, Victor Rodriguez, the technician, came on time as scheduled and took care of everything for us. Victor was great! I got the name of this company off Nextdoor. They had availability the following day of my call, which I really NEEDED. My service tech Charlie was professional and knowledgeable of my toilet, tub drain, seal/ring replacement issue and gave me a really fair quote for the repair. Very Reasonable with no trip charge! Came out immediately for a leak issue. Advised that I regrout the shower. Took $145 for this with a smile. I felt ripped off. I normally do not give bad reviews but there was no follow up at all. I went thru a friend and got another plumber who discovered it was an issue with the shower pan with a very easy test. Beware.

Plumber came out and fixed a leak I was very worried about very quickly and efficient. Prices are very fair and they definitely know what they are doing! Highly recommend.

Terrible service, they charged $120 for this. When I called and asked them to come back and fix that again, someone came to my house, looked at the issue, said would have to make a call outside and simply left. When I called again to follow up and said I would like to solve it before posting a Google review, I heard do whatever you want... Don't recommend.

I was very pleased with George who came to service our septic. He first call to notify that he was on his way and then he arrived on time. I was very impress. Also it was nice to have someone with such a great personality who took his time to explain things with no rush. I truly appreciate that. Is hard to find people like that. Awesome service. I called and within 30 minutes, Kevin was at my house and fixed the broken pipe in the pouring rain. I highly recommend the service and will call again. He also gave me a $25 discount off our repair.
