We are happy to provide a review for Lapin. We contacted them when we discovered a serious septic issue with a newly purchased office property. They had been recommended by several local customers on a group Facebook page for Maitland/Winter Park. Carlos Labrador came out to take a look and gave us great advice as to how to solve the problem. Then, when the solution required a complete re-routing of the system under the building, James Tetreault from their plumbing department came out. He was able to cut thousands of dollars from the bill by having his crew save as much of our current pipes as possible. The job was done quickly and professionally by Tyler Mendell and his crew. I've included an image to show the size of the project. I will definitely use Lapin for any servicing we need on our system.

Making an appointment with them is worthless! I called a few days ago for service, they set an appointment for a Wednesday, between the hours of 4-6pm, for us is almost impossible since we are business owners it meant that I had to close my store 3 1/2 hours earlier to make the appointment. So I did, guess what they call me at 4pm on the day of my appointment to tell me that they cannot come that they can the following day!!! SERIOUSLY!! I dont understand why they didn't call me earlier. I ALREADY CLOSED MY STORE AND DROVE BACK HOME!!!...They expect for me to close two days in a row?!?!? Don't even waste your your time, get professionals!

We have had an ongoing problem w rodents eating our pipes. Orlando City has come to our rescue several times w no notice. We replumbed our entire house. On schedule and no issues. Thank you for all your support. Would recommend Orlando city to anyone in need of a good plumber.

Tobias was right on time and got right to work. Totally professional and friendly In demeanor as he gave me confidence and explained/answered all my water heater questions pleasantly and thoroughly. I went with the company based on David Kay’s quick response to my inquiry, his unhurried and helpful info he gave me as I made my decision. In less than a day, Tobias was at my house and now I’ve got a new, up to code water heater and feel safer now that my old one is gone. Reasonably-priced service also.

Marion was very helpful. He eased our mind that we did not have a leak in our house. That the sound we were hearing was actually an echo through our pipes from the water break up the street from us. Mario was super knowledgeable and helpful.

I got the name of this company off Nextdoor. They had availability the following day of my call, which I really NEEDED. My service tech Charlie was professional and knowledgeable of my toilet, tub drain, seal/ring replacement issue and gave me a really fair quote for the repair. Very Reasonable with no trip charge! Hired A1 Service Plumbing for a routine backflow testing. The technician failed to turn the irrigation valve back on after testing and, with use traveling for two months, this killed off most of my lawn. A simple $80 testing will now cost me hundreds to repair. I also had to remind them twice to send in the paperwork to the city for testing.

Now, they won't return my calls or emails. Completely unprofessional.

It didn't take long at all for the diagnosis and the fix! I'm glad we chose this company, and we will choose them again in the future for our plumbing needs.

Kenrick was very professional, he was excellent with customer services, it started out bad but on my end. I actually had him leave and then called him back, regardless he was very professional even if I was in the wrong. I hope he gets paid well cause he deserves it, he was knowledgeable , understanding and very professional fixed my main line clog in a very timely manner. 2nd time ever using rotor rooter and will use again and recommend.

I used their website to book a repair appointment with a special discount on repair service. I got a confirmation email, and a follow up email asking what the problem was. The following business day I still had no email or phone call in regards to the booking. I called the office and was told they were very busy, and would have to check on availability of a plumbing tech. Several hours later, they have someone, but now there's a problem with the online price. The site is not correct, (big surprise right!). It's going to be more than the price listed online and the email notification. That's without even checking how much work the repair would be. They did go over the pricing finally over the phone with me. I canceled the job. One it was more than I wanted to pay, two if they already changed the price on me once, I'm sure they would change it again after the plumber was here ready to do the repair. Consumer beware, if you want to use them call on the phone and get all the pricing upfront. I have used them before without a problem. I guess it's time to find a new plumbing company.
