I needed a quick repair of a Water Heater that was almost 20 years old and Andrew was able to do it the same day when other plumbing companies I called could not. The cost was very reasonable. A few months later I had them come back to replace the Water Heater even though it was still working it was just due to fail.

We bought a new front load washer and because it pulses water in it was shaking the water pipes 20' away in a bathroom. Clarence determined it might be the water valve in the shower faucet as he had seen this before. He installed a new valve kit in the washer and the problem went away. I cannot express my appreciation enough for getting a true veteran like him.

Water line broke right before big storm was rolling in. Called Grace Plumbing because had A+ BBB status. Person who answered had a tech (Ian) out here within 45 min. Repair completed before weather rolled in. Good service.

My tankless water heater stopped working and someone recommended this company. From the first call they were very professional. They sent a technician out the same day and was able to diagnose the problem. He came back with the part and before I knew it I had hot showers again. Highly recommended, quick response, and excellent quality /service. Hard to find honest and reliable plumbers now a days but this company is awesome. Thank you !!!!

Pinhole leak in a copper pipe - $143 to fix. It took them under 1/2 hour to fix it. I assume that if they worked a full 8 hours on a project, it would cost 16 X $143 or $2,288.
I'm not sure what other plumbers charge.

Hired A1 Service Plumbing for a routine backflow testing. The technician failed to turn the irrigation valve back on after testing and, with use traveling for two months, this killed off most of my lawn. A simple $80 testing will now cost me hundreds to repair. I also had to remind them twice to send in the paperwork to the city for testing.

Now, they won't return my calls or emails. Completely unprofessional.

Unfortunately, they were hired by my GC as a sub for the first time to do the complete plumbing job on our new house. I've had nothing but problems. For one they are well overpriced, and now that we need to have our refrigerator water line moved (for a fee) couple of feet to fit our kitchen design, before the drywall hanging stage. They keep ignoring our request after endless phone calls and emails. So we keep having to delay the drywall install stage.
