The whole crew is a true professional. After 12 years, my hot water crew pretty well disbanded. They responded quickly to my call for help and were able to diagnose the issue and provide an estimate for a new water heater and servicing in within an hour. It just took a couple of guys and the owner a few hours to finish the examination. This last month, the water heater has performed flawlessly. It's a gamble to trust anyone else. When a business merits my feedback, whether positive or negative, is when you'll find me penning a review. Don't hesitate to hire them; they're great.

I needed to replace a new toilet ASAP. I had company coming (5 adults, 2 children) and I called Lapin less than 24 hours before they were to arrive. Kimberly promised the repairmen could arrive and install the toilet shortly before my company was to arrive. But Kimberly, Antonio and Arden went above and beyond my expectations! Kimberly called me at 7:30 am and the guys showed up at my house 4 hours earlier than the original planned time, at 8 am and they did a fantatisic job replacing the toilet and giving me time to finish getting ready for my guests!! I am so grateful for their consideration, quick response and professional workmanship!! Thank you, Kimberly, Antonio and Arden!!

Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service they provided. The initial employee did not perform the task accurately. Travis entered and failed to clean the correct conduit. He chose to repair the drain conduit, which eventually led to a backup. The following day, the second man, Joe, arrived and repaired the toilet conduit and other issues. Joe took his time and completed the task accurately. 5 stars for Joe. Travis was also extremely useful!

Jeff`s Kitchen put in new faucets & lines to my washer and did an excellent job at a fair price. This is the first time we`ve used them, but it won`t be our last! They were easy to schedule, professional,and did a great job. I only wish they would put Plumbing into their name, so more people would use their services. They showed up in a Google search, but at first I didn`t believe they were plumbers--I thought kitchen remodelers. Further checking proved me wrong, but if I hadn`t bothered checking, I wouldn`t have used them, which would be a great mistake on my part. I will DEFINITELY use them again. Michael was wonderful!! I would recommend them HIGHLY!

Came out immediately for a leak issue. Advised that I regrout the shower. Took $145 for this with a smile. I felt ripped off. I normally do not give bad reviews but there was no follow up at all. I went thru a friend and got another plumber who discovered it was an issue with the shower pan with a very easy test. Beware.

Albert was great. He fixed my boys shower in a timely manner so they didn’t have to use mine anymore. Came when he said he would and text me when he was on his way. Would definitely recommend.

Service is fast, came the same day. But charged $348 for a $20 capacitor. I thought that was a little steep. One would think they would have a reasonable charge so as to get a good repeat customer base. I will be looking elsewhere next time.
