My neighbors recommended Lapin Services so I decided to give them a try. Jose Martinez came out and did an awesome job. The company was honest, on time and great prices compared to others. I used brownies septic in the past and they are a bunch of lying scammers.

I am absolutely pleased with this company. I could not be more happy with their response and the service they provided. I chose to call them because of the great reviews they have and I'm glad I did because I received one of the highest quality customer service I have ever experienced. Jeff called us back shortly after leaving a message with their answering service on a Friday night - even while he was having a night out with his family. He is knowledgeable and straight forward with what needed to be done and provided us with quote on the spot. A few days later, his professional and friendly crew re-piped my entire house in one day and did a wonderful job! The inspection passed and the drywall crew came in and patched up the walls. The work they completed was above and beyond what I expected and I am quite impressed. I recommend Jeff's Kitchen Bath & Beyond to anyone with plumbing needs!

I called the night before. Nothing urgent but just needed to get it done sooner rather than later.
Alberto came on time. He was knowledgeable and respectful and he made sure that I understood what was going on.
There was water damage on my hardwood floor next to the bathroom. It was coming from the tub. He took the appropriate steps to figure out exactly where it was coming from. We agreed on the work and he did it in no time.

I don’t have enough words to explain how wonderful Andrew is and how he went above and beyond to help us with a thirsty rat who chewed our water pipes many times over. He came at all hours and helped us through a very tough time. He was so careful and mindful when cutting into our dry wall and behind vanities. I recommend using him for all your plumbing needs.

No water coming into the house this morning. Called the county who came out and shut of the main so we could get it fixed. Called Pardo on recommendation. 24 hr answering service took our call and we had a call back in minutes and a truck at our house within an hour. Problem fixed at a very reasonable rate. Would definitely recommend!

Scheduled an appointment using their online scheduling on their website and nobody called or showed up. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

I needed a second opinion, they went above and beyond to help us. A technician came out after his normal hours to find out leak, they were patient and understanding of our situation. We were informed of every step and had everything fully explained throughout the entire process. They were always available to answer the phone and always had somebody that could come out if we needed something at a certain moment , they went far beyond what previous plumbers have done and their range and we are forever grateful for their hard work.

I would like to say I wouldn't call any other plumbing company except Bryan Plumbing. My mom is older and has had several plumbing problems, Bryan Plumbing has been out several times, same day as the call, knowledgeable plumbers have come out and taken care of the problem in a timely manner.
