They are thieves. Don't hire them. I paid them to unclog my drains. They did a horrible job and when I ask them to came back they wanted to charge me again. they didn't honor their 30 days warranty.

I can't say enough about how impressed I am with this company. From receiving a text to inform me of an arrival time (which was accurate) to emailed receipts immediately afterwards, Orlando City Plumbing recognizes that the clients time is important, too. Bryce was polite, informative, and made quick work of what was a big problem for me. I will tell my friends of the terrific service I've received within the past two days and will definitely call them again. I wish this company and it's owners continued success.

I told the scope of work yesterday, they told me the plumber will come between 1pm and 5pm today. I called the office at 3pm today and was told he will be leaving for our place in 15 minutes. He calls up at 5:15pm and informed me he will not do water filter unit under sink. I requested him to drill the hole in the quartz counter top and I will do the rest. He said they won’t do this either !!!! I wasted whole day waiting for him to show up. Very disappointing experience with this company.

I’m an insurance Agent and many of my clients run into plumbing issues when purchasing a new home. We had a unique permitting question with a client who needs poly pipes replaced as soon as they close on a home in Clermont. Chris answered all our questions and gave great ideas all while on a job in an attic, and with a smile. It is always a pleasure to work with a consummate professional who is easy to reach and helpful, even when they don’t have to be.

Service was great and the problem was fixed quickly. Receptionist was very polite getting us on the schedule as soon as possible. The plumber that came out was actually the owner of the business. He saw that it was an emergency situation for us and came himself to fix the issue. If you ask me, that is customer service! Thanks Express Plumbing.

Plumber came out and fixed a leak I was very worried about very quickly and efficient. Prices are very fair and they definitely know what they are doing! Highly recommend.

I would like to say I wouldn't call any other plumbing company except Bryan Plumbing. My mom is older and has had several plumbing problems, Bryan Plumbing has been out several times, same day as the call, knowledgeable plumbers have come out and taken care of the problem in a timely manner.
