Franklin the plumber arrived on schedule and was very professional. He took the time to explain what he was going to do and gave suggestions on best route to take. He was very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable knowing that the job was going to be done well. I will most definitely use this business again and refer them to my friends and family.

You won't use another plumber after using Scott and associates. The Technician was Richard and he's very professional and explain what action he was taking step by step. I needed a Re-pipe done and the job takes him less than a day to complete. What I loved most is that he left the work area clean and their prices are affordable

There are not enough adjectives to describe how wonderful this group of plumbers are. Dustin, the lead plumber knew exactly how to communicate to me while on the job. He explained everything I laymens terms. All four of the men on the job were very courteous and thorough. They were exemplary in their work and clean up. Ricardo took my call to set up the appointment to get the piping done, he was very patient and understanding with the situation folks are in during this pandemic and worked with me financially through communicating with Jeff, the owner. Thank you Jeff and all the people in your company for the fantastic work and experience to have a job like this done! I will always recommend you guys and contact you for any future work we may need!

Nathan was amazing! Super helpful and informative very friendly and professional.
The company was a little frustrating as my appointment didn’t get set but they corrected and helped me out quickly by sending Nathan out to replace my garbage disposal right away.

A technician came out in response to a home warranty call that was not covered, however Rick was quick to offer his help/advice on how to best ensure similar service calls wouldn't happen again. Additionally, he provided other estimates on work that needed to be done. Based on his professionalism and integrity, we went with Choice Plumbing and will continue to utilize them for any future plumbing needs. Very happy with their service.

No water coming into the house this morning. Called the county who came out and shut of the main so we could get it fixed. Called Pardo on recommendation. 24 hr answering service took our call and we had a call back in minutes and a truck at our house within an hour. Problem fixed at a very reasonable rate. Would definitely recommend!

Mr Jaffe took a moment to assess and was able to work me in today…a few moments later had time to do it himself. Great communication. Super nice…and well, he made it look easy. Masters usually do. Will definitely be calling in future.

Overall great experience with Express Plumbing. Janet who took my initial call and scheduled the appointment was polite and helpful. Juan and Steve who installed my hybrid water heater were professional and did a great job. If needed I'd use this company again.

Plumber came out and fixed a leak I was very worried about very quickly and efficient. Prices are very fair and they definitely know what they are doing! Highly recommend.

They refuse to stand behind their work. Literally the worst plumbers I have ever dealt with. And I’ve dealt with a lot owning multiple properties.

In response to the company’s response to the above: This is 100% my experience with Bryan Plumbing. This is 100% accurate. They never called back after I explained the issue twice to 2 different people at the company. This after they took my money and “did the job” and I have had to have 2 people come and fix their mess.
