We don't trust anyone but Lapin to take care of our septic tank! When we found out in 2017 that the house we bought had not had a septic pump in 18 years, we were a little more than afraid of what we were going to hear, but the guys with Lapin did not try to overcharge us or have us purchase anything they didn't think we needed. After the 2017 pump we have had NO issues with flushing/back ups. We have a new president, so it's time once again for a pump! Jason and Alfredo just came by this afternoon and were amazing. They were both super friendly, efficient, and once again did not try to sell us on anything we didn't need and even knocked off a bit of the price for being repeat customers. We will be happy to see these guys again in 3-5 years!

Was hoping to find a plumbing service that we could use in the future. While we Appreciate the prompt service we were disappointed in the price gouging. Cost was double what we had anticipated and there was no discussion in what that cost would be prior to work being done. Will not recommend or use again.

If their drivers are anything to base them off of, i wouldn't trust them to change a Brita filter. Driving on Colonial towards winter garden and almost got hit by them making a sudden, jerking, lane change. When we passed by, was looking at his phone in his hand instead of the road
