UPDATE and Response.. Other than pumping out my tank and providing a crazy estimate, your company DID NOT DO ANY WORK. PERIOD. Had you done anything, you would have noticed the circuit board, switches and electrical problems would have prohibited the completion of the items on your invoice. Also, the feed to the city sewer line was blocked by debris which had to be cleared. I know all of this because the reputable company that I hired and paid showed me everything prior to their start and completion of work necessary to repair my septic system.

RUN AWAY FROM these knuckle heads! Was sent out by Roto-Rooter to provide an estimate for lift pump station and pump out after hurricane Irma. Their estimate was $14k for a job I had done for $5k AND then I get a bill from Roto Rooter for Total Septic initial pump out for $7,014! CROOKS!

Devon provided excellent, expeditious service! Four stars because the price for repairing a leak under the sink and unclogging the drain was exceedingly high.

Bryan came out to install my dishwasher and did a great job; he had to remove the old dishwasher, fix plumbing, and fit an electrical outlet for the new dishwasher. I researched this company online after discovering a clogged faucet in my new residence. They were able to respond to my contact the same day (a plus). The initial technician, Joe, appeared to have resolved the issue I was experiencing at the time (or so I thought), but I later discovered that the issue had been transferred to another location, where I subsequently encountered problems. They sent technician Travis after a callback, and he was FANTASTIC. My fiancee could not stop gushing about his friendliness and efficiency. He stated that Mark was identical to the person depicted in Orlando Plumbing's commercials. He resolved the issue and explained what may have gone awry the first time. We are entirely satisfied with Mark's ability to resolve the issue and his positive and courteous demeanor. When I spend money with a company, I search for employees who are satisfied with their position. CUSTOMER SUPPORT!

Used them for main line clog and they were excellent. Gene was persistent to unclog our line and stayed well past what was expected to make sure our house was functional.

I have used Reliance for years. Initially we had them repipe our home after seeing their portfolio pictures of the work they had done. They were incredibly clean (no dust) and when they finished, you couldn't even see where they had had to make large access holes in some of my walls. I was highly impressed. Their price had been VERY competitive at the time too. We had 4 estimates done and hands down, Reliance was significantly less expensive. I have referred quite a few people to them over the years for this same service.
We have continued to use them over the years but have found that the prices are quite high at this point. We paid for a garbage disposal replacement that ended up being about twice the price of other plumbing companies. A pipe leak in our yard (where we dug the trench for the plumber before he arrived) that took 20 minutes to repair cost over $350. Most recently, a fixture in our shower needs replacement and the estimated cost is going to be over $700 (for just replacing the hot/cold water handle.)
Reliance has always been very responsive and professional but the prices are simply beyond what I am willing to pay anymore. It makes me sad, as we've been customers of their for over 10 years.
