The whole crew is a true professional. After 12 years, my hot water crew pretty well disbanded. They responded quickly to my call for help and were able to diagnose the issue and provide an estimate for a new water heater and servicing in within an hour. It just took a couple of guys and the owner a few hours to finish the examination. This last month, the water heater has performed flawlessly. It's a gamble to trust anyone else. I had no Idea what a septic system consisted of and had 2 people come out before calling Mr.Lapin, who did not ask for a dime until He Himself spent 2 hours digging up my my yard to diagnose the problem, which is key as the other contractors did this diagnosis by phone and were 2x-3x more money. The team was able to do the job in 1 day and they stayed in touch and made me feel like they were my neighbor, I will only call them for all my plumbing needs as long as I live in the Orlando area!

Came out immediately for a leak issue. Advised that I regrout the shower. Took $145 for this with a smile. I felt ripped off. I normally do not give bad reviews but there was no follow up at all. I went thru a friend and got another plumber who discovered it was an issue with the shower pan with a very easy test. Beware.
