Jean did a wonderful job of servicing the unit. Explained what he was doing and provided me with information I needed to make a decision. He was pleasant to work with and on time for the service call. I was able to provide the company information to my neighbor who schedule a service for next week.

We were in the midst of a total renovation of our Disney rental town home and our hired contractor obviously did NOT know how to do plumbing, nor did he hire a plumber to do the work. When arriving on site, I was able to 'see' that ALL our plumbing was not only not working, but looked like it had been done by a first grader! I called Choice Plumbing and Javier was able to come out and assess the situation and confirmed my worst fear. Javier was knowledgeable and let me know that he would be able to fix it and get everything up and running the correct way. Johnny and Javier arrived by 9am and completed all the plumbing to code at 6pm the same day. Not only did the complete the project, they both were very patient with me and explained everything they were doing and then went over everything to make sure I was not only satisfied, but assured that all the plumbing was done correctly. I really appreciate the great work that Javier and Johnny did!! I will definitely hire them again on my next investment property in Orlando!

Overall great experience with Express Plumbing. Janet who took my initial call and scheduled the appointment was polite and helpful. Juan and Steve who installed my hybrid water heater were professional and did a great job. If needed I'd use this company again.

I needed a second opinion, they went above and beyond to help us. A technician came out after his normal hours to find out leak, they were patient and understanding of our situation. We were informed of every step and had everything fully explained throughout the entire process. They were always available to answer the phone and always had somebody that could come out if we needed something at a certain moment , they went far beyond what previous plumbers have done and their range and we are forever grateful for their hard work.

I would like to say I wouldn't call any other plumbing company except Bryan Plumbing. My mom is older and has had several plumbing problems, Bryan Plumbing has been out several times, same day as the call, knowledgeable plumbers have come out and taken care of the problem in a timely manner.
