They did an amazing job installing fans in our condo - and it was no easy feat considering there was no electrical hook up for the fans, so they had to snake the wires instead. The results were professional and perfect, and the value was unbeatable. We had two fans installed as well as a chandelier, and the total cost was lower than any other quote we received. We highly recommend this company!

Our cellar backed up, and the technician arrived the same day to diagnose the problem and provide an estimate before beginning work. He was extremely knowledgeable and told us precisely what would transpire. I appreciated that he wore a protective covering on his shoes and equipment to avoid leaving traces on my floors. The issue has been resolved, and we are pleased. Amazing response!

Trent was outstanding. Explained everything to me, including exactly the equipment he was using and why. He located the leak and gave me full details as to how to instruct the plumber to fix the leak. I would definitely recommend Trent! He went above and beyond.

Toby is amazing! We bought a house and wanted to feel confident that the plumbing was in good shape. Toby got us there, with his professionalism, experience, practical advice and recommendations. We bought some fixtures he installed and he replaced all of the valves (stops) under the sinks because they were old and some were stuck. We wanted to prevent plumbing problems later on so that was good advice as a preventative measure. He also installed a new water heater and new toilet with good recommendations that we are please with. And let's not leave out how courteous and friendly he is as well! And clean, MWPP's motto! This was by far the smoothest process I have experienced with home repair. Plumber, Kevin Holmes, was very professional, personable, & efficient!!! I would highly recommend this gentlemen for any of your plumbing needs. Did a lot of work within a reasonable amount of time ( less than 1 hour). He replaced the garbage disposal and replaced some piping under the kitchen sink. Excellent service!

SO FAR - customer service was great. I called and asked for pricing info to service my tankless heater...the very kind lady who answered the phone did not know but took my info and will get some info by the end of the day. They likely won't be able to schedule my non-emergency visit for a couple weeks, so I'll update the review after that happens...

Called them on a Sunday about a leak, they did not have any available time that day but did offer to send out a damage control team to start mitigating the damage. They had a plumber out to the house first thing in the morning. John took care of our problem efficiently and professionally. The owner callrde later in the day to check on everything. I am impressed with the work and service.
