Bryan came out to install my dishwasher and did a great job; he had to remove the old dishwasher, fix plumbing, and fit an electrical outlet for the new dishwasher. Horrible customer service! Set-up an appointment a week in advance for a real estate purchase inspection. Needed the inspection to be completed by Wednesday and they said Wednesday was their first available appointment. Never recieved a phone call to change the appointment. I'm active duty military and took off work especially for this pre-purchase inspection that no one showed up to. When I called, the only thing the secretary (Christina) could say is, I know you've been inconvenienced, but one of our drivers didn't come in today and I don't even see your appointment. That's after she just looked it up in the computer! Btw this is the same person who supposedly set my appointment up in the first place. Now I had no one to complete my inspection before I went into contract on a hom. I almost lost $2500 deposit on the home. Called up another company and they were there within an hour.

I needed to have my hot water heater replaced urgently on the weekend and David made sure that the work was done same day. He did an excellent job at a very reasonable price and made sure I was comfortable with his work before leaving.

My plumbing nightmare started two and a half weeks before calling Reliance Plumbing. My mother's house had a water leak. Cold water lines were clogged to our toilets. A leak dection company located the leak. I hired another plumbing company. They fixed the leak but failed to supply water to the toilets. I called Reliance. Kenny arrived 45 minutes later. I explained my plumbling situation. We went through the house reviewing tbe problem. He explained what he could do to fix the problem. The next day he and a co-worker arrived to repipe my mother's house. They worked hard and accurately on running new water lines and new valves. No more water buckets to use the toilets. I highly recommend Reliance for your plumbling needs.

From receiving a text to inform me of an arrival time (which was accurate) to emailed receipts immediately afterwards, Orlando City Plumbing recognizes that the clients time is important, too. Unfortunately, they were hired by my GC as a sub for the first time to do the complete plumbing job on our new house. I've had nothing but problems. For one they are well overpriced, and now that we need to have our refrigerator water line moved (for a fee) couple of feet to fit our kitchen design, before the drywall hanging stage. They keep ignoring our request after endless phone calls and emails. So we keep having to delay the drywall install stage.
