TJ was fast, efficient, and extremely polite. He was able to provide an estimate and service within a day of my contacting him. He arrived on time and problem solved a difficult installation project that I had to perfection within an hour. I will absolutely use his services again. 10/10

Andre and Greg were prompt, professional and extremely helpful in dealing with our septic tank problem on 1st April 2022. They kindly sought information from their home office when we inquired over potential costs. They also were very good at explaining what they were doing and why, which was most appreciated. They were also very pleasant to work with. The entire work took about a hour to find the outlet in the yard, dig out a trench and pump the system. Excellent service all around. Great company. Candidly, I was a bit surprised and concerned by the price quoted, as I was familiar with the part and repair. So I called and discussed with Manny, gave him the reasons for my concern, and the company adjusted the price as a courtesy. Luis did great work, he was on time, and Protech worked with me regarding my concern to make me happy, when they didn’t have to. I will definitely use them again and recommend them moving forward.

I called Pat's Plumbing late afternoon on Friday, May 26th. I explained that my 92 year old Aunt's water heater broke. She and her caregiver were without hot water. We were entering Memorial Day weekend and didn't expect any service until at least Tuesday. However, Pat said he would replace the water heater early Saturday morning. He arrived when he said he would and quickly installed the new water heater. My Aunt now has hot water again. Also, Pat's price was the best and he was extremely kind and professional. Excellent service by Eddie!! We knew we had a leak as our water usage had gone up drastically, but no signs of water anywhere! Eddie arrived on time, listened to our input and went to work. He was very thorough, checking all water sources (bathrooms, kitchen, washing machine and water heater). He eventually found the leak from the line running off the washing machine that goes through the garage to the outside hose access. When the plumber arrived and accessed the area Eddie marked, the standing water was there and the leaking pipe joint about 6-8 inches away!! Eddie is very personable and answered all our many questions. Onpoint and Eddie are highly recommended!!

Hired A1 Service Plumbing for a routine backflow testing. The technician failed to turn the irrigation valve back on after testing and, with use traveling for two months, this killed off most of my lawn. A simple $80 testing will now cost me hundreds to repair. I also had to remind them twice to send in the paperwork to the city for testing.

Now, they won't return my calls or emails. Completely unprofessional.
