Hired A1 Service Plumbing for a routine backflow testing. The technician failed to turn the irrigation valve back on after testing and, with use traveling for two months, this killed off most of my lawn. A simple $80 testing will now cost me hundreds to repair. I also had to remind them twice to send in the paperwork to the city for testing.

Now, they won't return my calls or emails. Completely unprofessional.

Requested quotes on yelp and they called right away and had someone scheduled for the very next day. The tech Carlos was very professional and got the issue fixed right away. I will call back if I ever need any other services in the future.
