Best Leak Detection Services in Orlando FL

This company performed a leak repair. They came out late Friday evening and completed the repairs after 7pm. As a foreigner that lives in the UK and was not able to make payment till the next business day. When contacted on Monday, they refused to provide written itemized statement until payment was received. Finally late Monday evening around 6:41pm I received a statement. If payment was not made, there is a daily late fee of $25. Tried to make a payment via Zelle per their statement and it did not go through. By Thursday the bill has increased to $650 and the threat of a lien on the property. This business has been operational for 10 years and has no online payment option. Worried for the security of giving credit card information over the phone or sending it via email is risky as this account has been compromised before. Unfortunately, the only option to pay is providing the card detail unsecured, wanting to avoid a lien and additional late fees. While the work was completed satisfactorily, as a foreigner it felt as though this was a scam and unprofessional. Would never recommend this company.

You won't use another plumber after using Scott and associates. The Technician was Richard and he's very professional and explain what action he was taking step by step. I needed a Re-pipe done and the job takes him less than a day to complete. What I loved most is that he left the work area clean and their prices are affordable

TJ came to the rescue during the holiday weekend when I had issues with my bathroom fixtures. Very courteous and very helpful!

Danny and Andrew came out to pump our septic tanks. They did a great job as we have a lot of pet hair that makes it way into the septic system. They also found a defective pump and arranged to have their plumber come out and repair same day. We have used Lapin for many years and they always do fantastic work. Thanks.

Shower clogged pipe! David came in promptly same day. He was very professional, great knowledge in his work. David was very persistent in unclogging the pipe. Broke two of his machines, and still he manage to get the job done!

Our cellar backed up, and the technician arrived the same day to diagnose the problem and provide an estimate before beginning work. He was extremely knowledgeable and told us precisely what would transpire. I appreciated that he wore a protective covering on his shoes and equipment to avoid leaving traces on my floors. The issue has been resolved, and we are pleased. Amazing response!

I can't say enough good things about working with this company! I had to have my two story house totally repiped and not only was their price very competitive but their warranty on product and labor was the best by far. Every time I called the office with a question I always got a complete and prompt response from either Robert or Jeff. The repiping crew arrived right on time at 8:30 am and did not leave until the job was done at 11:00 pm! Dustin, Andrew, Joe and all of the guys ( I'm sorry can't remember all the names) were unfailingly courteous and good-humored despite the late hour. The work was very well done and thoroughly explained to me and my husband so that we knew exactly what had been done and why. Repiping is a messy business but they cleaned as well as could be expected considering there were 55 large holes all over the house! The drywall crew came 2 days later (had to wait for city inspection) and again arrived on time. They also did an excellent job of repairing the holes and the knockdown finish. Roger also came to install another shower/tub fixture. . The only thing that remained to be done was reconnect a laundry tub. Gene and Chris came to do that and also installed the last remaining tub/shower fixture which they weren't even supposed to do. A piece of tile had been cut, and they don't normally do that. After Gene spoke with the main office, they were given the go ahead to replace the tile ( I had extras) and complete the installation. It looks perfect. All of the employees who worked on this repiping job went above and beyond to make sure that the customer was satisfied. What is a painful project no matter who does it was made infinitely more bearable working with Jeff' Kitchens and Baths. An excellent experience and value. I will be using them for my future plumbing needs!

I was delighted to find a company that could send a plumber in 40 minutes to fix my broken PVC pipe that delivers water to the house. Alfredo came to the house and had it fixed in 1 hour. I was very pleased with him and his company.

I contacted other companies and was not happy with their quotes, it being that they were overpriced for work that was only satisfactory.
