Bryan came out to install my dishwasher and did a great job; he had to remove the old dishwasher, fix plumbing, and fit an electrical outlet for the new dishwasher. I scheduled an appointment for 12:00 and they quoted a time window of 12:00-3:00, per usual. The technicians showed up promptly at 11:50.They were precise in finding the exact location of the septic tank so that there was no unnecessary digging, and they were considerate of landscaping throughout - both marks of professionalism.Danny and Ernesto took the time to explain how my specific septic system was set up. A plumber was dispatched by Orlando Plumbing within a couple of hours. Travis, the plumber, provided an accurate and trustworthy estimate and service. He had the replacement valves and hardware in his work vehicle and immediately rectified the problem! Very pleased!

They told me they’d show up between 3p -5p and they showed up on time. Dustin came, fixed everything and FINISHED THE JOB! Will be using them again.

We cannot say enough about Action Plumbing. I texted them on a Sunday about a leak under a sink. We had to shut off the water to the whole house. Needless to say, very inconvenient. Scott was there by 8am Monday and life returned to normal.

Tobias was right on time and got right to work. Totally professional and friendly In demeanor as he gave me confidence and explained/answered all my water heater questions pleasantly and thoroughly. I went with the company based on David Kay’s quick response to my inquiry, his unhurried and helpful info he gave me as I made my decision. In less than a day, Tobias was at my house and now I’ve got a new, up to code water heater and feel safer now that my old one is gone. Reasonably-priced service also.

I needed a second opinion, they went above and beyond to help us. A technician came out after his normal hours to find out leak, they were patient and understanding of our situation. We were informed of every step and had everything fully explained throughout the entire process. They were always available to answer the phone and always had somebody that could come out if we needed something at a certain moment , they went far beyond what previous plumbers have done and their range and we are forever grateful for their hard work.

Unfortunately, they were hired by my GC as a sub for the first time to do the complete plumbing job on our new house. I've had nothing but problems. For one they are well overpriced, and now that we need to have our refrigerator water line moved (for a fee) couple of feet to fit our kitchen design, before the drywall hanging stage. They keep ignoring our request after endless phone calls and emails. So we keep having to delay the drywall install stage.

Drain Doctor Plumbers were great. Came to my house on the south side of Orlando with a good response time. They were able to show up within just a couple of hours. Plumber was quick to find the leak under my sink and do the repair. Prices were very affordable.
