Outstanding service and customer support from the initial call, to the service itself, to the follow-up call. I want to point out that the technician was very courteous and actually listened to us! And his craft skills were amazing. Our AC condensation PVC drain was cracked in such a place that the whole system needed to be replaced. I've never seen any technician move with such speed and accuracy. It was actually quite cool to watch! I'm very happy with Shamrock Pluming and will most definitely use them again should a need arise.

Aaron and Aaron went above and beyond to help me diagnose a major backup in my newly purchased house. I hadn’t even owned my house for a week when I noticed that everything that went down the drain came right back up the shower drains. I was understandable frustrated and angry at the situation, and these guys helped me learn about my house (I didn’t even know where the clean out was yet) and did everything they could to make sure I didn’t have to pay any more money than was necessary. They were professional, made sure I understood every step of the process, and were personable, which made me feel much more at ease about the entire process. At the end of the day, the blockage was in the public sewer, so the county ultimately had to fix the problem, but I never would have known to call the county unless these guys advised me to do so. I’m very thankful for them!

Albert with Stronghold was right on time and was very quick with the estimate over a weekend. I would 100% use him in the future and recommend to others.

The whole experience from Start to finish was awesome. Yes it was expensive to replace the entire unit for the home but quality work and equipment are not cheap. Thank you David and Mandilyn for your help with the entire process and Ruben for the great install.

I honestly have never been serviced by this company,... HOWEVER.... my bf works for the company and he has said NOTHING BUT positive things about the people that he works for.
The owner, Kent, is not only a kind and considerate man, but he runs a VERY high quality HONEST business.
My bf works service calls doing repairs and installs here in the greater Orlando area.
He is coming up on a year of service with Action this week and had previously worked with them some years ago.
He is very meticulous and professional in his work and that is certainly reflected in the highly experienced craftsmanship of everything that he touches!
Now if I can just get him to unclog the kitchen sink here at home.

We had to replace a toilet and shut off valve that were both leaking badly with water on the floor. It was done properly and included removal and disposal of all old components plus trash. The caulking was done expertly, too. The plumber was thorough, very nice and on time. This was our first experience with Harvey Baker Plumbing; we plan to renovate both bathrooms soon and will use them again.

Choice Plumbing is a very responsive, professional company. Our technician, Johnny Font, was prompt, courteous and did the repair in a clean, expedient manner. We would definitely use this company again for plumbing needs.

Marion was very helpful. He eased our mind that we did not have a leak in our house. That the sound we were hearing was actually an echo through our pipes from the water break up the street from us. Mario was super knowledgeable and helpful.

Hired A1 Service Plumbing for a routine backflow testing. The technician failed to turn the irrigation valve back on after testing and, with use traveling for two months, this killed off most of my lawn. A simple $80 testing will now cost me hundreds to repair. I also had to remind them twice to send in the paperwork to the city for testing.

Now, they won't return my calls or emails. Completely unprofessional.

Kenrick was very professional, he was excellent with customer services, it started out bad but on my end. I actually had him leave and then called him back, regardless he was very professional even if I was in the wrong. I hope he gets paid well cause he deserves it, he was knowledgeable , understanding and very professional fixed my main line clog in a very timely manner. 2nd time ever using rotor rooter and will use again and recommend.

These guys are great! They returned my text quickly and scheduled a time to come out the next day. They identified & sealed the leak near the skimmer. All fixed and at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them!
