My drains were backing up a small tank with a sump pump. I called to schedule a pump out or diagnostic of that tank and pump, but I didn't use them because the receptionist who answered the phone was smart and kind enough to suggest a solution that worked and got it running again. I will be sure to use them in the future.

Good work for a great price. TJ handyman service reattached a piece of my gutter that had been knocked off my house I'm glad he was able to come fix it so soon and quickly before it rained again. I also really appreciated him looking at some other issues I had around the house even though it wasn't part of what I initially called about, and he offered good advice. I researched this company online after discovering a clogged faucet in my new residence. They were able to respond to my contact the same day (a plus). The initial technician, Joe, appeared to have resolved the issue I was experiencing at the time (or so I thought), but I later discovered that the issue had been transferred to another location, where I subsequently encountered problems. They sent technician Travis after a callback, and he was FANTASTIC. My fiancee could not stop gushing about his friendliness and efficiency. He stated that Mark was identical to the person depicted in Orlando Plumbing's commercials. He resolved the issue and explained what may have gone awry the first time. We are entirely satisfied with Mark's ability to resolve the issue and his positive and courteous demeanor.
