Leo diagnosed the issue within 5 minutes & explained what the problem was. To be honest I did research what he explained and he was on point. We set up an appointment for the replacement water heater and the day of Leo did reach out to inform us he could be there earlier. Him along with another coworker showed up as on time and properly fixed it at a very fair price. I appreciate the patience he expressed while dealing with the elderly. Our plumber's name was Nestor. He was punctual and professional and was very sociable. He did a wonderful job and was very easy to converse with regarding the issues regarding our plumbing. After being quoted $771 and charged an 89 visit fee to fix a small leak in my attic. I contacted Best Plumbing for a quote and the gave me a quote over the phone and set up an appt. The tech came in promptly on time took 30 min to fix my issue and charged me the same price I was quoted over the phone. I was sooo Happy to find a company that was not trying to over charge me and take advantage of my situation. Thank you for your great service and being an honest company. Definitely will be my to go in the event I ever need any further work.

I called on the weekend about a problem and I asked to be scheduled for Monday. I was given a time and quoted a price. Carlos fixed the problem and cleaned everything up as if it was just how I had left it. He also communicated with me a few times throughout the day about his ETA to my place according to his other jobs earlier that day so I knew when to expect him. He arrived on time and I ended up paying what I was originally quoted over the phone. I'm pretty satisfied with my experience.

Kenrick was very professional, he was excellent with customer services, it started out bad but on my end. I actually had him leave and then called him back, regardless he was very professional even if I was in the wrong. I hope he gets paid well cause he deserves it, he was knowledgeable , understanding and very professional fixed my main line clog in a very timely manner. 2nd time ever using rotor rooter and will use again and recommend.
