Best Burst Pipes in Omaha NE

They broke my vanity wheel unclogging a drain.
We agreed the bill would be settled when my vanity was repaired, their technician took a crucial piece with him at the time, this was in June of 2022.
Now in march 2023 they tell me they are taking my account to collections and do not care about my broken vanity or the agreement we made. Not to mention the drain was never even fixed

Absolutely do not work with them

I had a bad clog in my kitchen sink and a faucet that had bad water pressure. Mark put in a new faucet and unclogged my drain! He explained everything to me and did a fantastic job. The cost was reasonable! I highly recommend Perfect Plumbing in CB!

My main sewer line was backing up, I called and they had a technician out within 2 hours. Francisco did a thorough job clearing the tree roots from my line, and was very helpful and friendly. I unfortunately forgot the name of the camera technician that looked at my line, but he also was very helpful and friendly.

Above and beyond what we would have ever expected.

Plumber did a great job! In and out in less than 40 minutes. Only 3 stars because he didn’t arrive till 1230ish . Way outside our window of 8-10. I know it’s not a guaranteed time frame but couldn’t dispatch text or call and say tech running behind?? Instead I need to call twice to ask if we should continue to wait. Dispatcher says 5min to one hour tech will get ahold of you, hog wash!! Just tell it like it is, you have no idea when he’ll be over because job is taking longer then you guys thought it would, don’t lie. Just keep the customer updated , you dispatch jobs/people send a quick text to your paying customers saying your behind , emergency came up whatever. Heck just communicate!!!!!!! No reason in this day and age your paying customer needs to call several times to find out if we will get service on the day I scheduled it. Again though tech was super good!!And price was right! Next time I’ll take whole day off not half the day.

I highly recommend Aksarben. I had a plumbing emergency on a weekend, and Marion took care of it right away. He was professional, very responsive, and answered all my questions. He was upfront about the price as well. Give them a call!

Brent and his team are hands down the best in the business. As a contractor, and home owner, their punctuality and attention to detail is second to none.

This was the Second plumber/ company to come to house, used couple different machines, couldn’t fix issue but let me know what he did, what I needed to do to resolve problem, which was a lot more then first company, whose plumber left with overflowing toilet saying “ looks good”..???? I know who to call, hopefully not for long time:-) next time I have an issue
