Great service! Josh was professional and friendly. They redirected my vent stack, hooked up our dishwasher and disposal, and ran a new water line for our refrigerator. They went above and beyond with this service call. I recommend this company without question.

They installed a new gas line on the outside of my house for my generator. They did an excellent job and went above and beyond the quality of work you normally expect. They were friendly and very knowledgeable. It’s hard to make a plumbing project look pretty, but they did. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Had an outdoor faucet with icicles coming from it and was nervous I’d have a pipe break and flood my basement. I called Marc from integrity plumbing and he was very professional and quick to come out and take care of my issues. Ended up costing about half of what I was expecting it to. THANK YOU ARS for your outstanding support, came home from work, my heater went out, called ARS at 4pm, they had someone out very quickly, great phone support!..The service tech (Jackson) kindly asked a few questions, narrowed down the problem and had my heater up and running quickly...Now, he also pointed out several faults with the 15 plus year old furnace. Cracked Heat Exchange, Flame rod, Mother Board had a bad resister. Before you know it, I had a NEW furnace installed. Thank you for ensuring my family and house is safe!

We had a hot water line burst on a Saturday night in our 110 year old house. We called the after hours technician on call and Ken B. was at our house within the hour. He did some additional work and was very responsive and knew what he was doing. Plan on using them again

Tub faucet wouldn’t turn off at 8:45 PM. We had to shut off our water. Called Roto Rooter and the wait was 3 days long. Well, we can’t go without water for 3 days. Tried at least 2 other large well established companies that had 24 hour services. No one could come that night. Kept searching google and decided to try 402 Plumbing Services even if they closed at 9:30 PM. Fernando answered right away and came to our place in under an hour. He was nice and very professional. Fixed our faucet so we could have running water then came back the next day to finish the job (he needed some parts) Very reasonably priced. Really appreciate him coming out knowing that the job would take him past the usual business hours. Highly recommend this business!
