I used Integrity Plumbing to snake my main drain and also hook up a water line for my fridge and they were on time and professional and the best part is that they didn't try to oversell me like some other plumbing companies

The installers were very nice and worked hard all day. They went through and explained everything to us very when they were done.
Spoke a little too soon . They spilt some gooy stuff on my cat scratching post. Very stinky.

Called and had an appointment at up for them to come out that day at 3pm to look at our water heater since we have no hot water. They said they'd call when they were in their way. I finally called at 5pm when they were a no show/no call. Left a voice mail and haven't heard from them. Very disappointing and frustrating.

We use Exspurt on all of our projects. Scott does what he says he will do when he says he will do it. He is tidy and professional with his work. Highly recommended!

Shawn Nelson was super professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He explained everything he did, was very communicative. He diagnosed and applied the proper and quality fix action and, in a short amount of time, we had water again. The fact that Burton hires veterans is a definite plus and, as a retired veteran myself, my wife and I appreciate it. We will ask for Shawn by name in our future plumbing needs.
