Best Water Softeners in Omaha NE

We had a clogged drain and water going into the house called these guys out to clear a drain asked for pricing up front was told it would be around $160, 2 guys showed up spend 4 hours working on drain to find a broken pipe. They hit me with a $600 bill and said they would have to come back with a camera for an additional $175. And couldn't do it that day so rescheduled and they never showed up. Called another company they were here in 20 minutes used their camera to find OCB Plumbing was trying to open an inactive drain.

Duane explained and went over the process thoroughly. Prompt and personable. He put a pressure reducing valve in and went over a couple other items with me over my new sprinkler system. Got our pressure up exactly perfect. Best it has been in 28 years. I’m very pleased with his workmanship and explaining what he was doing. Also found out my expansion tank didn’t have enough pressure fixed that quickly.

I worked with Jacob and Riley. Honest and transparent, good work, good recommendations, multiple options explored. I will call again!

I have been thoroughly impressed by the friendliness, professionalism and knowledge of Mike M. He walked me through every detail of the choice of product and the installation procedure, right up to the maintenance of the water heater for ongoing successful results. The potential of having to endure more days, a weekend, and possibly taking more days off from work to get this resolved can put one on edge. I am so glad my husband called them. The work was done efficiently and fast! Yay! No weekend without hot water!!! A nice mother's day gift for me.

Tub faucet wouldn’t turn off at 8:45 PM. We had to shut off our water. Called Roto Rooter and the wait was 3 days long. Well, we can’t go without water for 3 days. Tried at least 2 other large well established companies that had 24 hour services. No one could come that night. Kept searching google and decided to try 402 Plumbing Services even if they closed at 9:30 PM. Fernando answered right away and came to our place in under an hour. He was nice and very professional. Fixed our faucet so we could have running water then came back the next day to finish the job (he needed some parts) Very reasonably priced. Really appreciate him coming out knowing that the job would take him past the usual business hours. Highly recommend this business!

So thankful for an honest and professional plumber! We are back to having great water pressure, and the only negative is that I failed to call sooner! I would recommend Exspurt Plumbing 100%.

By far the worse service in the city of Omaha. When called about a work order they agreed to do they were rude and told me they’d return my call the same day , as I was without hot water . After not calling me back for 2 days , they declined to do the job and hung up on me . If you want the job done right DO NOT HIRE.

After writing this review I was then called again and threatened this would be deleted and to enjoy cold showers . Please stay away from company. “Ken” and his team are not looking to help, only to take your money. A company ok with leaving a disabled veteran without hot water for days .

Nothing but impressed with Jake and his team at Plumbing Specialties! I requested a quote via the Angi website and within 5 minutes I had a text message from Jake asking questions about my issues. He requested a couple photos and 10 minutes later I had a quote and a plan for him to come the next morning. He showed up on time, had a new water heater ready and within a couple of hours the job was done and I was taking a long overdue hot shower. Their pricing was $800 less than another “local” chain business. Very very happy with this plumbing company. I will DEFINITELY call them whenever I need plumbing work. Highly recommend!!!

Burton service was excellent. Phone call the day before confirming appointment, phone call morning of visit, email with photo of technician, and on time arrival. Quinton was professional, efficient, and did a good job explaining what was needed. Will definitely use them again.
