Is it weird to love a plumbing company... because I have so much love for the team at ProPlumb. These guys are amazing. Always on time, always honest, completely trustworthy -- I've used them for repairs + renovations for several years now and wouldn't call anyone else. >> Special Shout to Potential Female Customers... you know how it sucks to blindly call a repair person because you know they're gonna treat you like you don't know what you're talking about -- or try to pressure you into doing stuff you don't really need to do? That NEVER happens with the ProPlumb crew -- *ever*. They'll treat you with respect + talk to you like you're an actual adult human being capable of discussing the house you most likely bought on your own like a grown woman! I manage three commercial buildings in the old mill area, and every time I have called there office chris has always answered the phone professionally. She has always found me a plumber or drain cleaner when I needed one and when they arrive to do there work they are very professional and they thoroughly clean up after themselves all the time.

I did not choose to have Perfect Plumbing do my work. I called Perfect Plumbing for a quote to change out a toilet from a 40 year old standard to a new ADA taller toilet. I also had already purchased 2 new faucets and wanted both bathroom faucets changed. The quote I got was staggeringly high, $575.00 for toilet ( with a note stating if shut off or flange is bad cost will be more). Bid to exchange faucet $285.00 per faucet and $125.00 drain hook up. Total bid pre tax was $1395.00. I felt that bid was WAY OUT OF LINE. EACH faucet and drain quote alone was $410.00 not including the purchase price of the faucet. I passed on the quote.
I called another plumber, I bought my own toilet for $150.00 & 2 faucets @ $57.00 each. The different plumber was there for 1 1/2 hours had some additional materials and their total charge was $270.00. SO MY FULL COST OF REPAIR WAS $534.00, that is a difference of $861.00 that I saved. My suggestion is to shop around for quotes.

Excellent support provided by Dan Nelson. We've basically permanently replaced our plumber with the work he's done for us. Keep up the fantastic work and positive attitude.

He was prompt, repaired our leaking toilet and removed an old utility sink and replaced it with a new one I had purchased. His rate beat everyone. Cleaned up after himself and took away all the garbage. I would definitely recommend him.

I use to do my own plumbing but I got hurt and cannot do it anymore. I got a leak in the basement coming from main level toilet 4 inch pipe were the bathe tube old 1 1/2 bathroom drain connected. I received bids from $1200.00 to $1800.00. Scott gave me a bid of $750.00 for the same job to remove and replace the 4 drain from the main level toilet and reconnect the new bathtub drain. Scott did it in the the time he said 4 hours and everyone else said 8 hours. The finished job was done great and no mess at all. His job ethic's are the best. AGAIN THANKS SCOTT.

I called them up to get a water tank issue fixed thinking they would be at least a week out. After a couple of minutes figuring out what to do, he dispatched a truck to us in under 2 hours. We had water in a couple of hours after that. OUTSTANDING!
