Wonderful Company! We had Gary out to fix our disposal and he did an excellent job! He was professional, courteous, and most importantly, knowledgable. He arrived on time and let us know exactly what needed to be done. I will definitely be calling them back in the future if I need anything else.

Called for services, was forced to leave a voicmail and they never returned my call

Asked to get my tub faucet to shut off. Hot water and flow were fine to Micro Plumbing's visit. I now shower in lukewarm water and flow is far less. I was given one solution to fixing the problem, swap out my piping (I live in older home - never experienced any issues prior). Second repair person confrontational, owner said he would return call - five days later still waiting. $375 for lukewarm water. I hope at best it's incompetence and not trying to fleece an older customer. Not worth a star - but people need to know.

Frank came to look at the project, said he would send an estimate and that his son would finish a job close-by and then come over to do the work, and then never heard from him again! I texted and called after waiting several hours for an estimate. This happened right after Christmas so we had already waited several days. A simple text or phone call that he was too busy would have been the professional thing to do.

I got a new water heater installed, team was on time, efficient, and helpful. Price was very competitive too. When I noticed something minor after they left, they returned and helped fix that, along with a shower leak - that was probably just a coincidence but they fixed in nonetheless! Would totally recommend them!

We've been using this company for a few years now and they are doing pretty well for us. Our most recent visit was awesome (other than a long day for the technician and getting to us kind of late because they got lost), but the tech explained everything and was showing me as he was working on the system that way we were aware of what we could expect for the life of the system in the future. We have a service contract so didn't pay anything for the visit directly, but the repairs we will need at some point seemed reasonably discounted with the service contract. Pretty happy with the company and this technician was awesome! Thanks Jose Miguel and Aksarben ARS.
