I have since personally used Affordable Plumbing twice for complete sewer line replacement on two different investment properties. Bill gets the job done on time, on budget and his staff is friendly and easy to work with. I like the fact that he is a 24/7 operation, as I often find myself calling or texting him late in the evenings, when most contractors have finished for the day. Affordable Plumbing is an excellent company to call for sewer line replacements. He is my go to person for sewer line inspections and repair.

Initial contact and appointment went well.

Missed there appointment time, called and said they would be later (1-2 hours). No call or update, took upon myself to check in and then disappointed when they said they weren’t coming at all.

Called to complain and with little to no care,,,, what sucks is that I canceled a major event with my wife only to miss and be lied to. I hope that this doesn’t happen to the next customer.

We had a pipe burst in January late one evening. They were able to come out right away and get the issue fixed so we could get our water turned back on and were able to stay in our house that night. Jared was very professional and did a great job. We would definitely recommend!
