Best Water Heater Repairs in Omaha NE

Ben came last minute to fix a valve on my water main. He charged a resonable price and was at my house with 15 minutes. We had no water in the house becuase of the broken valve and Ben had us up and running in less than 1 hour. Super nice and great service!!1

After Nebraska furniture mart failed us on pumping reconnect in my condo. OCB plumbing came through to complete the STAT job and completed it within 1 hour. Ryan was very professional and had great communication. I highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs. I'm very impressed!!

Worst company. They collected $640 from us and were trying to collect money from the insurance company as well for the same service. Their final word was to get another company to give us an estimate after they supposedly located the broken pipe, and were going to start working.
Reported for Insurance fraud, Federal Trade Comission for this guy business practice.

Owner is a genuine disappointment ( Dave ) gave him a big job on a platter. Offered a small job and cost was questionable?.. ask for disclosure.. response didn’t match response. My intuition- price gouging stay clear from this business!! No integrity!!

Bad experience. I need quite a bit of plumbing work done. Called this place and they sent a guy out to look things over. He groaned and complained, then said he would get back to me in three or four days with an estimate. That was more than a week ago and I have heard nothing. I'm now looking for a reliable, responsive plumber.

Had a problem with the water heater and they did all they could to try and fix, when that didn't work was able to get it replaced quickly and meeting time restraints.

I was treated very good and the person doing the work was professional and very friendly. I definitely recommend them!!!

I could not recommend this company more highly. Not only did they schedule a same day appointment, they showed up exactly on time, fixed the problem right the first time, and did not charge too much. The technicians were professional and efficient.

A & A Plumbing showed up on time, was able to fix my problem within hours of calling them, and charged 1/4 of the price!

My experience started off by calling the wrong company: B*rtan. They would not give me a price quote over the phone, and 3hrs late someone showed up at 8pm. Without even trying to fix my problem, they gave me a quote of either $500 or $1000 if they had to get on the roof.

A & A on the other hand- Gave me a quote of $250 over the phone after explaining my problem, got to my house at the time they told me, and who I talked to on the phone -was the person that showed up- I didn't get handed off through two different dispatchers.

Highly recommend Zach and Durham Plumbing. Had a leaky garbage disposal, he was able to make it same day, just a few hours after I called, and swap it out quickly. Will certainly use again in the future!
