OCB Plumbing is professional, timely, responsive, and most importantly fair. I bought a toilet for my rental and had OCB Plumbing install it. My toilet wasn't working after install, and Scott's crew came out on two separate occasions to fix the problem right away and never mentioned billing me for the return visits. Straightforward pricing, they tell you when they are expecting to come. If they get hung up for any reason, they will communicate any delays.

The dispatcher was very friendly and quick to send me help!! Unfortunately I don't remember the gentleman's name that came to our issues but he was very efficient and friendly. I had a great experience and will be using this company from now on. Thank you so much!

This is the second time we have had the honor of working with Big Birge Plumbing. We have a 3 month old and the hot water heater went out. Not only were they a man short that day but went above and beyond to care for our most precious treasure. The wife and I would be alright but they saw the need and met it with our kiddo. No other plumbing company necessary in our home. They have become more than just a business to us.

I previously posted that I was dissatisfied with the cost of their service. My remarks were premature. After a short delay in a call back, Benjamin Franklin Plumbing agreed and refunded what I felt was the excessive portion of my bill. They seemed genuinely interested in my concern. They were courteous and professional.

Worked with Rick and Austin. They were out here promptly, on time and explained all the pricing and the phases of their work based on their assessment. We had a block in the basement and it had overflowed and there was fecal matter and nasty water all over the floor. They vacuumed the mess up and completed the job promptly. They took extra care not to track a mess through the house. I would highly recommend

Rob was great on our recent job of remodeling three bathrooms. He was quick and efficient. Excellent at problem solving as well, when the vanity I ordered didn't really fit the plumbing.
