Had a great experience with Mr Rooter over the last couple of days. Austin came in on Satrurday and today to get our main line fixed that was supposedly fixed by Rotor rooter last year. Showed me what he was doing and even repaired the main line seal. Will only use Mr Rooter for future issues.

My hot water heater went out today, I called Lawrence Plumbing and they responded right away, talked me through the process and prices, and were able to help me issue and fix it already this afternoon. They called back later to make sure everything was working properly. They were very professional and friendly, and cleaned up every bit of the work mess.

For 8 months we had issues with a sewer drain backing up into our basement. John was the 5th plumber out to look at it and the ONLY ONE who suggested diagnosing the problem before simply spending money to fix something we couldn't see. He was calm, professional, fast, and responsible with our money. He will be the FIRST call we make going forward. I highly recommend him!
