Aksarben Pipe & Sewer dba Southside Plumbing and also dba Next Gen Plumbing came out to snake the kitchen sink line and the mainline. There were ZERO leaks when they came. After completion, the serviceman said there was a small leak in the basement that he said must have been there prior to his arrival. I swept the floor prior to their arrival and there was NOT a leak. My father is a pipefitter and there was not a leaky pipe. The service person mentioned to his coworker that the snake was too big and he put on a smaller tip. Regardless, something they did caused the basement pipe to have a hole. I called the company and the boss, Josh, was to return my call after lunch. He has not called. I called back at 4 and the receptionist (who is extremely kind) said he is now in a meeting. I have not heard back. The man who called this afternoon said it would be my responsibility and take at least 2 to 3 hours at $110 an hour. I paid $178 yesterday to have them unplug the sink, not break my pipe. The kitchen drain drains perfectly now, unfortunately, it drains right out the pipe in the basement and onto the floor. I understand pipes can be compromised, especially if too big a snake is used. I'm just extremely sad no one has called me back. I just called again and the receptionist said the boss left due to an emergency. I guess a waterfall in my basement isn't an emergency. sigh

They fit us in right away and very professional and they fixed our faucet without needing to replace it. We will call them again in the future.

Let me run this from the beginning. 1st call Monique was super pleasant and professional. 2nd Justin comes out and does everything he can to open up my drain. Comes back the next day first thing and tries again. Justin and the crew do everything not to have to dig into my yard and open the main line. FYI I was NOT getting charged by the hour. They charge for the service. So Justin has to break bad news to very stressed out lady. In comes Bill and crew same day and install a new main with ports for access in the yard. I think they left the yard better than they found it seriously!! They are my one and only plumbing team going forward!! Stop reading reviews and give them a call today!!

Chris came out right away and fixed the problem quick. Explained everything he was doing and was very professional.

They came to our house to address some issues and started the repair. Then they were supposed to call back with a quote to do more work and disappeared. Never responded to multiple messages left for them. They just want to keep the credit they said they would apply towards the additional work they were supposed to do. Had someone else come out and they said it looks like nothing was even done. Do not hire

The technician provided an excellent job. Mr Jonh Erickson was knowledgeable, polite, respectful and extremely nice person. Would really encourage to ask for his services whenver you call Burton. I am very satisfied with his work and hope to have him back next time.
