Best Sewer Drain Cleaning in Omaha NE

Spoke with Ben who quoted me $135 an hour, which I agreed to. He sent 2 guys to fix 2 toilets which were ghost flushing and replace a sink faucet. Upon completion I was presented a bill with a $225 an hour charge. Spoke with Ben where he tried to bully me by repeatedly saying I was informed of the added charge for 2 men when I was not informed. The bill also included a $100 charge for parts which were worth maybe $20 max. Not 48 hours later both toilets stopped working. Again spoke with Ben who was incredulous the toilets were not working and begrudgingly stated he would have someone take a look at them sometime next week. Aghast, I reiterated BOTH toilets were not working. He reluctantly agreed to have someone out that day. 2 weeks later, one toilet started vacuum sealing and the other would not complete a full flush. Afraid to call Ben, who had stated he was done with me. I videoed a friend where we discovered Ben's plumbers had turned down the tank water so low, it was causing these issues. I fixed it myself.

Wonderful Company! We had Gary out to fix our disposal and he did an excellent job! He was professional, courteous, and most importantly, knowledgable. He arrived on time and let us know exactly what needed to be done. I will definitely be calling them back in the future if I need anything else.

We had a broken pipe in our basement and had a problem with another company (see my other review if interested.) We ended up calling OCB and I couldn’t be happier with the results!
They sent out Cody and Clay and these guys were awesome. They arrived on time and had the job done (including putting down concrete and some additional pipe work) in 3 hours! We’d been told by the other company that it would be a two day job….curious.
Anyway, Cody and Clay were polite, professional and luckily for us, dog lovers. We have 3 dogs, so it was nice not having to put them up because these guys were great.
Our bill was also less than the estimate. How often does that happen? The price was very fair and I would feel extremely comfortable having them back for anything plumbing related and you should too.

We’ve used Eyman over many years for many projects. Always prompt and courteous with professional results. Jim Tighe and his assistant were just the most recent in excellent craftsman to help with our plumbing.

They did it quick and got our drains working again. It was pricey for the amount of time it took but it was done on a Sunday as well. I think $365 is pricey for the time it took. I feel a reasonable by the hour price would be much better on the weekends.

Quoted me one price on the phone, then tried to charge me almost double that amount when the tech came out with his quote for the project. I will not call them again.

Honest and professional, you can't ask for more than that. Great company!!

I have been a customer of Perfect Plumbing for many years. Over the years, they have installed a tank-less gas water heater, water softener, new toilets, a new water meter, and corrected the original plumbing so that it no longer juts out into the utility room. Everything they have done has worked flawlessly over the years.

Today I had them replace the garage hose bib (an outdoor faucet). They were able to do that in 15 minutes at a very reasonable rate. I highly recommend this business. They are the only plumbing firm I will ever use!

Young gentlemen showed up to fix a clogged kitchen drain which was having water backup (it was a mess!). He was courteous, respectful, and got to work right away. He was having a hard time figuring out the issue, so he called 2 coworkers and they showed up quickly- together, they fixed the issue right away! Turns out they had gotten a mix up with my address and had gone to Bellevue, then realized address was in Papillion. Appreciate coming my way regardless and taking care of our issue..! =) They cleaned up their work, left area clean and dry. Wonderful service, we will definitely use them again. Thank You!! 😊

Max Sherman was such an effective and professional plumber who solved some complex plumbing problems. He was very informative of everything involved in what he did and discussing options when problems arose to be solved. He was also a very friendly and likable young man with a wealth of knowledge. Not only did he repair all of the plumbing issues, but gave us very good advice of how to avoid the problems in the future. I was especially impressed by his knowledge of how the plumbing had been installed, accurately predicting the year it had been done, and recommendations for future solutions.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience on some thing I expected to be really traumatic And super expensive, which was not welcome right after Christmas. So thank you again for having such a helpful, competent, and Knowledgeable employee.
