The valve (located in our basement) that feeds our sprinkler system was not sealing well and was allowing water to leak into the pipes that go outside. We were having to drain the pipes weekly. Micro Plumbing replaced the valve in less than an hour and even made a repeat visit to fix a couple other joints that were disturbed during the replacement of the valve. We are happy with our decision to use Micro Plumbing for our repairs.

We have been using Winfrey Plumbing for about 7 years now. They do great work and they are affordable which is hard to come by. I don't leave many reviews, but a business that provides service of this quality time and time again deserves to be recognized for the work they do.

Service tech was a nice enough guy, but I felt like I was being taken advantage of when billing came. Service call is $59 to look and tell me what is needed. He looked at my sump pump and with me there called the manufacturer. I guess that call was going to make the interaction $108. When I asked about the difference in rate he said he made a phone call so he did something (5 minute call with me). I stated that on the phone the rep said nothing would be done without my authorization. He then took the fee back down to the service call rate. I'm glad he did the right thing and changed it to the $59. I don't think I should have to fight for that. Outside of that he was very professional, kind, and gave me an honest estimate to replace the whole pump. My advice is to take surprises out of the equation. I don't mind paying what you are worth, but if a 5 min phone call is going to cost me an extra $50 then let me know so I can decide what to do.

Nick had a cancelation in my are and came over shortly after being called. He estimated and installed a spigot in my garage, ran a gas line for my stove, and repaired pipe under my sink all in less than 4 hours. Their rate was very reasonable and the work looks great!

We had a routine service of our new furnace on 11/20/2020. The technician did a great job. However, he discovered that when the new humidifier was installed 3 months previously, the installer had failed to install a hose to allow draining of water from the humidifier. Luckily, there was no drainage on the basement floor, however, I'm not sure how that omission happened. The technician who helped us this time fortunately had the equipment to complete the humidifier set up.
