Wonderful Company! We had Gary out to fix our disposal and he did an excellent job! He was professional, courteous, and most importantly, knowledgable. He arrived on time and let us know exactly what needed to be done. I will definitely be calling them back in the future if I need anything else.

I have been using Eyman for years. Their prices are very fair. Their technician Roger is always on time, very courteous, and efficient. He always explains to me the work he performed and never tries to sell me something. I really appreciate the work he does.

Called for service call at 5:15 pm Tuesday 10/26 and gentlemen refused. Asked if he was 24 hour service and he stated yes and that nothing has come in since 1pm so he went to Buffalo Wild Wings. Hung up.

He and his guys have always been punctual, professional, explained the problem and solutions in a manner anyone could understand, and they always took extra precautions to protect my house or business and cleaned up after themselves. Frank came to look at the project, said he would send an estimate and that his son would finish a job close-by and then come over to do the work, and then never heard from him again! I texted and called after waiting several hours for an estimate. This happened right after Christmas so we had already waited several days. A simple text or phone call that he was too busy would have been the professional thing to do.

They charge you to give you an estimate. Basically, before they even do anything. How can you charge anyone before you do any job?! We, the customers, should make them to get rid of habits like this. I'm sorry, but this is a rip-off.
