Had OCB come out on Saturday evening as our septic was clogged and had family home for Thanksgiving. It ended up they had calls ahead of us and it was getting pretty late. Even so they called and said they would still come out when being over 50 miles away. Needless to say they were able get the clog open and if things couldn't get any worse our water went out and even as late it was they put that in for us as well. I own a HVAC and electrical company and understand the value of customer service and workmanship as well as good business ethics. Let me tell you OCB has it all. Oh I didn't mention the pricing. It was more than fair in fact very unexpectedly reasonable for a holiday weekend. You guys have a customer for life with us! Thank you

Bill Drake and his assistants are courteous, knowledgeable, and fair. After the initial fix to our toilet started to leak (a bad wax ring; no fault of his) he responded quickly, had an employee fix our issue promptly, and even called to check back up on the repair. Highly recommended.

Might be the easiest and nicest people you can work with. Updated two bathrooms and I needed to have somebody that could work with the tile guy. Jeff was super easy to work with when it came to scheduling. Andy did the work and did a really nice job. He is a really nice guy and honest. You cannot put a price tag on someone being upfront and honest. I have had them do other work in the past, but this was by far the most involved and they did not disappoint. The pricing seemed reasonable, too.

Bill did a great job in his analysis of the installation of a new faucet on our old 1900’s kitchen sink with drain board. He was very patient in figuring out the problem and his perseverance made for a beautiful appearance as well as functionality of our old porcelain cast iron sink. Needed service on a faucet they installed last year. They were out in less than 24 hours and Tim did a great job plus helped me fix a shower leak that was a super value add - needed to caulk and close the curtain more :)
